After blaming his bad work on us after the second time, he had the guts to say, "I contacted the maker, and they said it should've never happened, unless we did something." We called the maker ourselves, and was told whomever installed it, did it the wrong way. He blames his bad work on others. The way he spoke to us was on a different level. He is extremely vulgar. I have nothing more to say. Do not get any work done by him, you'll regret it. The icing on the cake, is he assaulted the home owner.​
