The guys that cut your are nice and friendly but people in the office are professional don't care…read moreabout you...my issue was before anything was a go I explained that I'm on disability and get paid at the end of the month..so they agreed to that and everything was going until 3 months ago that is when the 1st time they took payment before I was paid and causing me to get overdraft fee and the difference what bank used to pay my bill...there reason for this was computer took it out automatically...explained again why I couldn't pay that and after explaining they said ok we will do this right...well here comes month 2 and same problem happened again and I was demanding to talk to supervisor or some type of higher up...well I had to wait for call back and it came...this lady reassured me that this isn't going to happen again and my credit card was going to be taken out of system...so once again stuck with overdraft fee and difference of shortage on my other bills that penalty for...well the third time they did it again and demand that I speak to the lady I spoke to about this and where's the reassurance my credit card isn't in the system...found out there was a note in the system for my card to not be in system but it wasn't taking out of the system....so was told I'll be hearing from someone and how this will be worked out...sad to say never called emailed or a text from anyone...this is the WORST company for customer service...WILL NOT recommend them to anyone
