Somehow she could tell I was a Laundromat novice. Maybe the awkward way I was inspecting the washers.... She walked me through what machines would be best for certain loads, how the machines operated so I knew how to use them, and especially her willingness to go the extra mile. When she discovered what stains I was trying to get out, she grabbed some peroxide and showed me how to apply it. I will visit a business based on my needs, but when one offers an experience that make you feel they really care about you, I'll find reasons to come back.

I saw no signs outside about booting. He told me he would only take $60 in cash. I said I would never return after this and he only said, "I'm sorry". That's how much they care about their customers or customer service. Apparently this is how Soap Box makes their money, no warnings or help just charge you $60 in cash. I used the medium-sized washer for $3.00, and 3 dryer cycles for $.75. So, all said and done, I spent $3.75 and my laundry took a little more than an hour to wash and dry. I really like how the dryers are directly across from the washers, making it really easy to transfer the wet laundry. They also had a coin machine that I used to change dollars into quarters. And they have free wi-fi. My only complaint is that most of the chairs in the waiting area are in direct sunlight (during the winter), making it a bit unpleasant if there aren't other chairs available. Would be nice if the windows had shades. But I consider that to be just a minor complaint.

Hired Pulirr previously and company sent 2 cleaners that did nice job so I hired them again,…read moreunfortunately much different experience the second time. This time Pulirr sent one cleaner to clean my 9900 square foot home and told her to complete it in 4 hours. They provided her a long list of things not to do which she was happy to show me. She explained she was a subcontractor and this was her first job with Pulirr. She did not do a proper job, did not use soap and water to mop, did not use dusting spray to dust, and was slow and seemed confused as to what her actual responsibilities were. When she was "done" I pointed out to her that she missed stairs that were not vacuumed and bedrooms and bathrooms that were untouched that she said she did not see. The entire experiance was exhausting and I was surprised that Pulirr would send one person out to a home like mine. They knew my home was very large, yet they sent one person on their first job, totally unvetted. Additionally I had booked my appointment 3 weeks in advance so they had plenty of opportunity to find a proper crew to clean my home. I could not recommend Pulirr based on my experiance
