Wow!!! What a find! I'm in town to pick up my brand new travel trailer. Before moving into it, I wanted to wash all my bedding. Considering I travel with a pig who has a LOT of his own blankets, I was looking at spending several hours using numerous machines and spending bank. But when I walked into this place, I was floored. I looked right at a washing machine that is taller than me! We're talking a heavy duty deep clean sanitizing beast. And ALL my pigs blankets (8 queen sized fleece, 1 queen sized wool, plus a few throws) fit inside with plenty of room to spare. One machine and I was done! I opted for all the options: pre-rinse, deep clean, hot sanitize, extra wash, extra rinse. Was that expensive? Yes and no. In the end I'm sure is was much cheaper than using 4 separate machines. I am SO thrilled I found Busy Bee! It was easy to find and had plenty of parking. It was clean and didn't have any funky laundromat smell. The bathroom was spotless. And the kicker? The whole place is very well kept, including the bathroom. They have the machines set up so that you can use cash or card with varying load sizes. If you forget detergent scent beads, dryer sheets, or stain remover they have a vending machine that you can buy it from. I recommend you bring your own because it can be pricey. The best laundromat experience I've ever had!! My husband and I run a second-hand clothing business and laundry has always been a daunting task. This week, we had 350+ lbs of laundry to do and budgeted a whole day and $150 to launder everything. At Busy Bee Laundromat, it took us THREE hours to wash and dry EVERYTHING, and it was much cheaper than expected! We went on a Thursday morning and there were plenty of machines open. The 8-loaders were a godsend and dryers were SUPER fast and efficient! In addition to meeting our needs with quality, affordable machines, the facility was clean, quiet, and well-equipped. The laundry baskets are sturdy and effective, seating and folding tables are ample, and there are many sizes of washers and dryers to choose from. Plus, payment is SO easy!!! I've tried a few laundromats in the area, and Busy Bee is hands-down the best. I always come here for my big, bulky blankets that my home washer can't handle. I pass by three other laundromats to get here, and it's so worth it. The place is bright, open late, and super clean. The machines (Speed Queens, for those who know) are always spotless and working perfectly. You can pay with a card or dollar coins, and they have a coin exchange machine if you need it. We were on a week-long family vacation and seriously needed to catch up on laundry for five people. I haven't been to a laundromat in years, but this place was such a pleasant surprise! They offer machines that can handle 4, 6, or even 8 loads at once, and the wash cycle only takes 22 minutes -- super efficient! The dryers were affordable too; I dried everything on high for 42 minutes and spent less than $4. They also have vending machines with detergent and dryer sheets, which came in handy. I finished 6 loads of laundry in under an hour -- faster than what I can do at home. The place was clean, the machines were easy to use, and everything worked great. The prices on their website don't match the prices in store. Today, the price teir for washers was $4, $7, $11, $13, while the website lists them as $3.50, $5.75, $9.00, $10.75. The dryers were $1 per 20 (sm), 12 (med), 8 (lg) minutes, while listed on the website as $2 for 32 min (sm), $3 for 36 min (med), and $3.50 for 42 min (lg). We weighed our clothes before coming as well, and the washers hold less than advertized. The building was really nice, though, and well kept, and the washers and dryers seemed pretty new and worked better than most. Overall, it's much nicer than any other laundromat I've been to. Amazing and cheap washers and dryers! My washer and dryer has had some trouble lately, breaking down, or just not working. So, I take my laundry over to The Busy Bee Laundromat! And what's nice about going here, is I can do several loads at once. Going here makes me kinda glad my washers and dryers aren't working.. Because I spend too long doing just one load. Overall, the place is pretty clean and nice, especially the bathroom! There's a lot of space, and tools to help you do laundry. It's all you can ask for when you need a lot to do in little time. Only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the machines ONLY take gold dollar coins or you can use a debit card. Positive: all machines tell you the load capacity which is nice. Different sizes of machines make it nice to use and prices are displayed well also on each machine. Con: machines don't use quarters like other places. There is a machine to change bills into gold coins, but I came with only quarters so i had to leave and go get bills to exchange. No vending machines for snacks if you want that. It was nice and clean, very well maintained. The machines washed clothing pretty well. $9 for a normal-sized load of laundry of a weeks worth of clothes. Driers start out at $1 for 8 minutes of drying time and allow you to add 5 min for $0.25 (if i remember correctly), which allows you to regulate how dry your clothes become. I ended up paying $3 to dry my clothes properly. Poor lighting inside, but not busy at all. Glad to have clean clothes, but didn't like the pricing. Busy Bee Laundromat was clean and felt safe. All of the machines seemed new and all the ones we used were all in good working order, and we had a few loads so we used several different machines. Comfortable chairs and many tables for you to sit and chill while waiting. I really liked that I could pay with a credit card instead of messing around with coin machines and worrying if I got the right amount of quarters back or not. I like washing my clothes and linens here, not only because of the quality, but also because of the convenience. They accept debit or credit cards, which makes things much easier for those who don't like carrying cash. Here I can use my laptop while the cleaning is being done. Drive all the way from Spanish Fork. It has changed owners a few times but it's really nice that it is open late. The lights don't hurt my eyes and it takes card, app, tap to pay or has a change machine for dollar coins. It's pretty great. The prices on the washers have gone up substantial over the years and it cost a pretty penny just to do my laundry, but worth not being creeped out at other places. read more

After moving into our new apartment with *terrible* laundry, Busy Bee really came in clutch to help us get all our laundry done + done well! I love busy bee laundromat. I've been coming here since before its remodel and I'm still coming now. The machines are super large, fast, and clean. The facilities are also super clean and high tech looking, no dingy feel in sight. Definitely my favorite laundromat in Provo, would recommend.
