I was disappointed with my experience at this location. I paid the one-time $4 fee for the towel program, which is supposed to provide a towel to dry off your vehicle after a wash. When I went inside to get a towel, there weren't any available. I asked an employee, and instead of giving me one, I was told it was their policy that you're supposed to keep your towel and exchange it for a clean one each time you visit. The problem is that when I signed up for the towel program, no one ever explained that policy to me. To make it even more confusing, every other location I've visited has clean and dirty towel bins where customers simply grab a clean towel and return the used one. Because of that, I had no reason to think I was supposed to keep my original towel. The only solution I was offered was to drive back to the original location where I purchased my membership to get a towel. Since that wasn't practical, I left without being able to dry off my car, even though I had already paid for the towel program. If this location has a different policy, customers should be informed when they sign up. Better yet, all locations should follow the same process so members know what to expect. I paid for a service that I wasn't able to use, and the lack of consistency and communication made for a frustrating experience. read more

Very friendly staff, When i wash my truck at this location the wash seems to get my truck spotless. love that the vacuums are included with the wash. I am a member because of the value of the unlimited washes where you can wash more than once a day read more

Quality is great but they are disrespectful about saying NO to signing up for monthly payments. Every time I go through hard times to convince them why monthly payments don't work for me. Last time was insanely not letting me get a single car wash without going through harassment. I talked to the manager. She said the employees are doing their job correctly. On December 10th 2025, 12:30pm I got into line for a cheap, simple wash. Robbie, the sales guy at that time, was talking me and my vehicle up for a genuine 9 minutes. Asked for my phone number, got declined, and we went forward. I told him I needed the cheapest wash, because I had a ton of salt on my jeep. He then scammed me into signing up for a membership, of which I cancelled on 12/21/25 (I have a screenshot showing this). I checked my bank account today, February 18th 2026 and see a pending $42 charge??? I had to cancel my membership a SECOND time?? Im beyond pissed off because I never even wanted the membership to begin with, but simply agreed to the $20 wash I was offered to end the harrassing conversation. Simply sleazy for a company to un-cancel a membership? Immediately flagged as fraud on my account and BBB is being involved. So unprofessional and unacceptable. read more

They always close 5 minutes early and my car is never properly cleaned. The vacuums also have terrible suctioning power. When there are 20 different carwash companies to go to in Toledo I would never pick this place again! Canceling my membership immediately. Don't waste your money go somewhere else terrible customer service too. What a disappointment! read more

Excellent Car Wash Experience!!! Took my 2500 HD through with no issues... Being a grown adult I know I have to/Should put my mirrors in as I did prior to pulling into the business. Eddie was very professional and courteous. They are OPEN on Memorial Day so I left them a $10 tip for working on the Holiday... I'll be back! read more

Not so honest any longer. They signed me up for the monthly unlimited at $14.95 for a year on 5/19/22, by high pressure sales. The price changed the next day (6/20/22). My $14.95 a month will be $20 in August. I spoke this an assistant manager today who acted like he didn't know the prices would change. Meanwhile there are brochures, yard signs and wall signs everywhere saying the first month is only $1. The next month and beyond is $20. I'm not feeling good about Meyers selling to Clean Express. read more

I had just got my car from Taylor Kia and it looked amazing. So I would take it to Clean Express to keep it looking great. I heard a loud BANG! When I got out of the wash I noticed my right mirror knocked in. When I went to fix it I see big deep scratches. I told them and filled out the paperwork. Never heard back. Contacted Corporate and the Facebook page and got blocked. I talked to the BBB and they said they looked at the video and my car was not damaged. I asked to see this video and of course, I never heard back. I would rather wash my car with rocks than use this company again. Do not trust them! read more

Ok so because I live close by I come to the carwash. The name has changed to Clean Express Auto Wash, and I assume because there is a new owner. You have decided to make one lane for members only so that you can get people to sign up for memberships. So one empty lane and one full of cars. Mind you, the turn into the car wash is very tight and they've made the inside lane for non members. If you a drive a bigger vehicle like a truck or Suburban you better be good at tight turns because there's no room for error. You're either backing up and adjust, or rubbing your tires on the curb. I'm going to bed you $100 that in a couple of months traffic will slow down because of this. read more

Two weeks ago I took my 2023 AT4 truck through this car wash as I got through the middle the steering wheel starting rapidly shaking back and forth as I exited out my back wheels were still in the track but it started pushing me right as I was coming out it almost ripped off my side mirror and it did put scratches on my wheel well. Two weeks later I finally got a call today after making multiple calls and multiple stops at the car wash. I found out today that they feel I turned the wheel and are not going to repair the damages on my brand new truck. Great customer service it only took two weeks to get contacted! You gotta love the customer service, I was a premium member and will never go to this place again. read more

Horrible! My car was severely damaged...filled out incident ticket, 2 weeks later still nothing. I finally e mailed them and they stated they already spoke to me and closed the incident report! Terrible - ripped off my mirror and told me because it does not fold, they won't cover replacing it and also because the vehicle is over 10 years old. I take very good care of my car and nothing was wrong with the mirror before using the wash. And their signs do not indicate this policy. Very arbitrary criteria. And they raised their prices at least $2 this year (on the basic wash) trying to get you to sign up for their monthly deals. well,with all the negative reviews about this car wash, one more isn't going to make anyone fix the problems..they have one young lady with a smart mouth ,when I inquired about the vacuums not having any suction and some work and others don't and that the $18 car wash didn't take care of the bugs on the front ,hood grille and windshield ( there were 2 guys to show us when to stop and put car in neutral,but neither had a brush to pre soak the bugs )it was my daughters car a 2023 Jeep Cherokee and she just drove from Stillwater okla.needless to say I ,myself will never go back nor will I recommend to anyone..If the owner would like to know the time we were there to know who was working at the time..July 28,@4 pm.. read more

If you care about your car do not take it to this car wash. Recently my car was damaged going through this car wash just for the manager to basically tell me nothings going to happen and I also filled out the claim and also got a callback from the company stating that since my car is over seven years old in my car is a 2013 and also since it's a side mirror it is not covered because they supposedly don't cover mirrors or antennas. They said that they have to be retract it in which if that was the case they would do it upon pulling into the bay. But at the end of the day I'm stuck coming out with the money to repair my vehicle I'll because I paid them to damage my vehicle. Horrible place to go I will never go there again. Crappy thing is I've been going to this place for a few years now with no issues. If I would've known this was gonna happen I would've never gone there again. Take your business elsewhere read more

I took my 2019 truck through this wash a week ago and when I pulled out of the wash I noticed multiple scratches down the passenger side of my truck. I filed an incident report with the wash and they said they would review the cameras and follow up with me. I received a call today and the manager indicated they did not see the scratches on my truck before I entered the wash on the cameras, but due to no other incidents being filed that day they do not believe they are responsible. Now I have to pay to have the scratches fixed on something they know is their fault but will not claim responsibility. read more

New to the area. Decided to stop by and check this place out, and I was blown away by the professionalism and the quality of the wash and vacuums. I'm a mom of a toddler, and sometimes my car gets really messy, the suction of the vacuums made the cleanup easy. Will be purchasing a membership. read more

Worst car wash experience ever. The wash damaged my vehicle. I went in and reported the damage, and a formal report with pictures was generated from Meyers. I was told verbally (and it stated on my copy of the incident report) I would be contacted within 24 to 48 hours on how they would proceed to fix it. I was never contacted. I waited all the way up to a week and heard nothing, so I called. I was told a manager was not there and they took my information to return my call. My call was never returned. I called back once more the following week. Call never returned. I called a third time and during this called asked when a manager would be present. When I arrived the following Saturday when I was told the manager would be present, once more, they were NOT. MY vehicle is still damaged, with countless phone calls, and in person visits with zero resolution. They will be reported to the BBB. read more
