I got home to admire my car that I just bought a week ago to find that there were multiple tiny chips in the paint on the hood and the front bumper. There were also tiny chips all over my windshield! Now I have to spend around $300 to get my paint corrected and I will have to pay to get the chips in my windshield filled in. I tried contacting customer service, but surprise surprise no answer. Not like they would do anything anyway they'd probably just refund my $6. If they actually help me or reach out to me I will update this review, but I am doubtful that they will. An update: I got a call back from the owner. He basically told me that he believed that these chips did not occur from the car wash and told me that he could look at the damage, but wouldn't do anything about it. Never apologized or even offered me a refund (even though I don't really care it was only $6, but a good business would do this to be professional). He tried telling me that this particular car wash was is the softest around. I told him I have pictures but he insisted he needed to see the damage in person. I felt as though he was talking down to me and he was trying to tell me that it was something else that did the damage. I explained that I just bought the car and there was no damage before I entered the car wash. I understand that he doesn't want to admit fault, but at least have some sympathy and respect for people.

I was passing through the area when my maps informed me Valley Laser Wash was nearby. If you don't know this area, it's very easy to drive by the location as it's a little set back on the grounds. It's a self-pay kiosk car wash, meaning there's no attendants there to help. You basically just pop your credit card in the machine, select your wash and self-guide in against the light-up sign instructions. The signs were clear enough to follow even through the physical wash itself. For a self-guided car wash it was a fine experience! No complaints about how it washed my car. I paid for the premium wash (again, my poor car really needed it), and I was happy with the results. The prices seem to be a little under-market too (especially the premium wash), though you'll pay for vacuums. If you're in this industrial part of Northeast Ohio and need a car wash, I definitely recommend this 24 hour laser wash.
