None of the bug guts were gone, and more importantly, you could still see the dirt line from where the windshield wipers go back and forth. I went back around to tell the gentleman and he said my car was just too dirty and that's what I get for getting the basic wash...But I did not get the basic wash. I barely rubbed my finger across the windshield and my finger was dirty. He put me back through and I noticed the top machine wasn't working so it didn't do anything to the top side of my car other than basically rain over it. The guy was rude and laughed. Go spend your money somewhere where they appreciate their customers.

I had accidentally gotten polyurethane on the cars, and had talked to several detail shops about getting them cleaned, but none seemed positive they could get it all off. I took both cars to Professional Vehicle detailing - they are now immaculate and have never been cleaner! The employees were very professional and friendly. I went through this car wash today, thinking that it was touch-less, since the sign and the website…read moresays "no touch". I get in the wash to find it is soft touch, which I thought would be fine. I got home to admire my car that I just bought a week ago to find that there were multiple tiny chips in the paint on the hood and the front bumper. There were also tiny chips all over my windshield! Now I have to spend around $300 to get my paint corrected and I will have to pay to get the chips in my windshield filled in. I tried contacting customer service, but surprise surprise no answer. Not like they would do anything anyway they'd probably just refund my $6. If they actually help me or reach out to me I will update this review, but I am doubtful that they will. An update: I got a call back from the owner. He basically told me that he believed that these chips did not occur from the car wash and told me that he could look at the damage, but wouldn't do anything about it. Never apologized or even offered me a refund (even though I don't really care it was only $6, but a good business would do this to be professional). He tried telling me that this particular car wash was is the softest around. I told him I have pictures but he insisted he needed to see the damage in person. I felt as though he was talking down to me and he was trying to tell me that it was something else that did the damage. I explained that I just bought the car and there was no damage before I entered the car wash. I understand that he doesn't want to admit fault, but at least have some sympathy and respect for people.

One of the few touchless laser washes around that I could find. Only $4 and seems to do a good job…read more TIP: they have both a touch car wash and a touchless wash. By default they funnel you into the touch wash and it's easy to miss the non-obvious entrance to the laser wash.
