Today was my first time at this car wash. I had a monthly wash program at another car wash in North Olmsted; as I had worked on that side of town for many years. My office is now in Independence, and this is also close to where I live. Kudos to Cornel and his professionalism and he also had the manager Brian come and speak to me and he gave me an OUTSTANDING deal! I did try another car wash last week on the other side of the plaza, but did NOT get the service I had anticipated and the attendant was BEGGING me to give her a high customer service rating for just a single car wash. Plus that place was waaay to busy - I don't have time to wait forever in a long line. I like Wheely because I was greeted with a smile and ALL my endless questions were answered. This is what sealed the deal - OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am thrilled with the customer service and the result of the car wash - I am extremely picky and let me tell you - if I LOVE THIS PLACE - SO WILL YOU! totally horrible my truck got stuck inside half way through. reset the rollers to finish getting in through the rest of the way. after pulling around building to finish drying my truck i find my whole tailgate is all scratched up. employee acknowledged he knew exactly what happened. said its happened before. now the manager refuses to accept blame and says the car wash didnt do the damage. what a piece of shit. brand new truck $58,000. now have $3000 damage. they refuse to pay or put in a claim. read more

Paid for a month of car washes. What they fail to tell you is that when you do this they set you up for recurring monthly charges. I have called and emailed several times to cancel with no answer and no response. Frustrating and damn near criminal. Stay away from this place and go to the car wash around the corner. read more

The play on words is great and true. My wheels came out looking really clean. This is a decent car wash. They have a special for a month of car washes for $40. You can use the card for multiple vehicles and even let your friend take a spin through the drive thru. I love letting my car get slapped by the giant pieces of fabric. read more

I take the vehicles at work here almost daily. If I didn't have the yearly sticker I would be paying a lot for a car washes. They spray down the vehicle with water and the rest is done by machines and at the end the staff hand wipes the vehicle. Make sure you tip the staff is so friendly and quick. They offer free vaccum on the side of the building as well. Early bird special build up are usually rewarded with free card washes. read more

I have been an unlimited member for over a year. I recently tried to contact the main office via a number of methods and I cannot get anyone to talk to me. I wanted to change my membership from my old car to my new one. No one will reach out so I have decided to put a hold on the next payment through my credit card and I am going to start going to the Cleveland CLEan car wash. They are actually a better wash and their vacuums are much better. read more

I have been trying to find a good car wash near me in Parma, and this is just one more failure. Washes are 9, 13, or 15 dollars, plus tax. I got the 13 dollar wash (14 after tax) which was supposed to include a rinse of the bottom of my car. The guy rinsing the car before the machine did not rinse under my car, so maybe the machine does it, but I couldn't tell. A guy dries the car with towels at the end. I tipped him, because I'm not a cheap a**hole, but this means that I paid 16 dollars for a car wash where the inside of my car was not touched. They have "free vacuums" that you can use to vacuum the inside of your own car. Only the first one out of the three had any kind of suction. I resent paying 16 dollars to vacuum my own car. I will not be coming here again. You can run your car through the 6 dollar auto wash at BP and get the same wash for 10 dollars cheaper. Someone please tell me where I can get a real FULL SERVICE car wash in Cleveland. read more

I have used Wheely wash in the Parma location for quite awhile, and recently purchased a new vehicle with free car washes, so of course I cancelled my monthly plan. What a big mistake. To drive to 130th street, wait in a line for who knows how long, and get a sub par wash is not worth my time or effort. Ive read some of the reviews and had to laugh at one who complained about having to vacuum by themselves, poor baby. The place is, in my opinion is a great option for me, and I will be returning to sign up for the monthly pass, and I will forget the free washes! As for one review calling the staff at the Parma wash baby's, well those baby's have always done a great job for me and my bug infested Explorer. I was helped out a young man named Michael, he was super helpful and knew what he was talking about. Seems like hes been there for a while. Car wash may need some revamping but overall it gets the job done. Tired of leaving other car washes with streak marks because the blowers dont get all the water? Come here and the dryer guys in the back will take care of you and make sure you leave quickly with a dry car! read more

You will not find a better car wash in the area. It's small but your car will come out clean and dry. They towel dry after you've gone thru the blowers and automatic cloth driers. Most other car washes leave water spots all over. Not here. Everyone who works here is very nice and conscientious about making your car look great! read more

Great little car wash that luckily for me is 5 minutes from my house. They offer great Early Bird specials and you can earn free car washes through their loyalty program. Staff is always friendly and courteous, so make sure to tip them. I like the fact that I'm in and out quickly and my ride looks as Outkast would say, "So Fresh and So Clean". read more

Washes cars with care and great customer service. Makes sure car is always clean. I went in there with my oversized van which they didn't discriminate, (unlike other car washes) covered in mud, the guy spraying the van didn't stop until that van was clean. Terrible service! EXTREMELY long wait while only being the third car in line. The owner is too cheap to hire more than one attendant per shift. Always has an excuse. The attendant takes money, pre-washes then dries one car at a time. I've had the same experience each of the four or five times that I've been here in the last few years. I'm not the only one that's noticed this. I live in Parma near Wheely Clean, but I patronize Carriage Auto Wash in Cleveland for this very reason. I took my car to Wheely Clean today because I was taking it for winter storage around the corner. NEVER again!! I own and drive three vehicles. Each one now has a window pass for Carriage Auto Wash on W.150th at I-71 in Cleveland. Gas is cheaper there, too. read more
