All quotes were close in price. The reason we selected Honest Brothers is they took the time to see and listen to what we wanted done and wrote it in the contract. Due to a family health emergency, we had to delay the start date by a couple of months. They were easy to work with when picking a new start date. Two workers did all of the work. They were here everyday on time and worked from morning till late afternoon. They were polite and answered any questions we had during the process. I'm not even sure you can do it as economically as letting a pro do it and I attempted it for a number of years. Once I choose to go with pros it really came to down to three things results, the way the lawn looks, price and service. My lawn continues to look great and easy to compare as my neighbor continues to self-treat and it is clearly superior in this side-by-side comparison. Price is what moved from my previous company. Now I'm not saying they are the cheapest out there, but they are clearly in a competitive position in the market. I normally get quotes every three years. Service is always tricky because it means different things to different customers. For me my expectations for my lawn care company are to let me know when they are coming, let me know and provide the services to be delivered, let me know my pricing for the upcoming season. What I don't want is the tech knocking on my door at every treatment wanting to upsell on something, this is what drove my pricing issue with my previous company. Lawnmark delivers all these things! Business relationships are like all relationships at times have bumps in the road. It is how these are handled determines if the relationship will continue forward. This was such a year with us. I got my estimate for the upcoming year and was shocked at the increase. I wrote an email and within 2 days I had a reply. It explained how the bill is prepared and the flexibility I had to modify it to fit my current year's needs, done. If you are looking for an easy-to-deal with company who delivers the services, they sell give them a try.

I exhausted my intelligence of electrical circuitry and began looking for an electrician. I found Blanchette Electrical on Yelp and called them around 3:00 PM. I explained my analysis of the problem and they agreed to come and take a look. While trying to coordinate their schedule with that of my tenants Shawn suggested that they come over that evening just after 5:00 PM. That really helped us a lot. They arrived and fixed the problem which I would have never figured out. It was a bad recepticle. They fixed it so quickly I asked them to replace an outdoor plug which had become loose and did not look safe. They went over to Home Depot for the parts and had it repaired within an hour of showing up at the house. I thought the bill would be high having had them tackle additional work but it wasn't. I was very pleased with the work, the timeliness and the price of the job. Nice to meet good honest working people who I will turn to for all of my electrical needs. I recommend them highly.
