While I was still leaving my info, Barry, the owner called me back (that was fast). Barry provided in-depth detail on his business and emphasized that his company only did air duct cleaning and what the process was. He then went online, looked up my property, and then provided a quote over the phone. I was shocked at how affordable the service was, additionally, they are Veteran friendly. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later. Barry sent me an email with the estimate and appointment details. On the morning of the scheduled appointment, Kirk, my technician arrived on time "on the Dot". He was cleanly and professionally dressed. We walked through the house, and I showed him where the air handler and all the vents were. He then set up and began his work. He finished, as promised, at the two-hour mark (+/- a few minutes). Kirk answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about his job. I paid the invoice with a credit card/ debit card, there is a 3% surcharge for this (cash is better and would have saved me around $15.00). I called the number I found on their website. A guy answered and said he was Matt, the owner. I told him that I need to have the air duct of my new place cleaned. He explained to me the cleaning process and asked when I'd like my appointment to be done. I said as soon as possible. He asked me to wait and told me that his crew would be available in 3 days in the morning. I said 8am. He said yes and that his crew would call half hour before their arrival. On the day of the appointment, the crew called at 7.35am and arrived at 8.05am. They were polite, introduced their names, showed me their equipment, asked permission to go inside and start working, and told me to sign a document. After opening the furnace, the technician called me and showed me how dirty the furnace blower was. He said that if I wanted that blower cleaned, I'd have to add another $99. I said OK. He kept on working. Meanwhile, Diego's colleague kept on working on the other ducts. They finished in 2 hours, as they said, cleaned the area they were working on, and presented me with a bill that was reasonable. I will call them again and have spread the word to my colleagues! The job they did was amazing. I had my air ducts cleaned 10 years ago and the previous company did not do the job like Clean Extreme did. I was shown the ducts before and after and they took the time to explain all their observations and did not pressure me to buy anything I did not need or want. They did such a great job I had them do my parents air ducts and carpets just yesterday. I have also recommended them to several of my friends and coworkers. He is kinda pricey. He had two rooms, the living room and a master bedroom - very little furniture was moved. The final cost was just under 200.00 bucks and that was with a "new customer" discount. Now getting back to to the first sentence. The carpet that he cleaned was two years old and was never professionally cleaned. The carpet did look better after he was done, but I also think the carpet needs replaced. The former homeowner put cheap carpet in the house when she put the home on the market. He was able to get out a stain that drove my S/O nuts. If one where to ask me if I would use him again, I don't know that I would unless it was an emergency in the winter where no water was being used. I think for 200.00 I could probably get a whole house done with someone else.

First of all, we were on a very tight schedule and needed to get our inspection done quickly. The inspector, Josh, came in on a Sunday afternoon and did a very thorough inspection. He talked to me throughout so I always knew what he was doing and why he was doing it. He also gave me a lot of recommendations for things to make our condo more user-friendly. He answered all of my questions and explained things to me in a way that I could understand with my very limited knowledge of all things related to the construction and inner-workings of a home. We had blocked out a time for roughly four hours but because our condo was pretty small, it didn't take Josh that long. In light of this, Josh readjusted the price so I ended up paying less than I expected. He also explained other available services but was very upfront with me about them not being necessary for my particular unit in an effort to save me money and not waste any of my time. I really appreciate that this is a company who is honest and fair and not out to take advantage of people like me who are clueless when it comes to this field. Finally, Josh was super diligent in getting home and getting our report written up and submitted so that we were able to make our closing on time. Everything easy to read and the report included very clear pictures that helped us know what steps we needed to take. If we move down the road, I'll definitely call By-Lions for the Home Inspection and will be recommending them to anyone I know who is buying a house. You couldn't ask for a better company to work with!
