On December 2025, Selma, my best friend and wife for more than 59 years, died after a blessedly short battle with pancreatic cancer. I had been at sea in the Coast Guard for many of our years. She managed finances, raised 4 children and kept the 25 houses and apartments that were our Homes. When we decided to celebrate her life here in Las Vegas I knew we would have friends and family visiting our home. I began to truly appreciate what Selma had done over the years to keep the home. I knew that it would be disrespectful to her to invite friends and family into a home that wasn't clean and comfortable; a home where her warmth and love was still obvious. Not a show place, but a home to celebrate her collections, photos of our family, our cats cuddled by your feet or lap. I called Clean Freaks, attracted by the unique name and explained what I thought I needed. In minutes I believed They understood, better than I, what The Home needed. They also knew what I needed. On the scheduled day, two young people arrived with smiles on their faces and necessary tools in hand. Jude and Maria made me comfortable in my own home. Jude was a great conversationalist while never letting my "sea stories" get in the way of his work. Maria was quiet, but let me know Anytime she was cleaning in private areas. Not only did they clean the house, but they understood the importance of respecting the home Selma worked so lovingly to keep for me, our children and our friends. I chose this company because they were very quick to respond, and I needed a cleaning service on short notice. They were able to schedule me for Saturday, 6/6, which I appreciated. The scheduling process was smooth, and their customer service was good as well. The cleaner arrived on time as scheduled. Unfortunately, the actual cleaning service was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. The main areas I wanted cleaned were the bathtub and the window tracks/grooves where dust tends to accumulate. After the cleaning was completed, I noticed rust around the bathtub drain was still present. When I asked whether the bathtub had been cleaned, I was told the rust could not be scrubbed off. However, I applied one of my own cleaning products, let it sit briefly, and was able to remove most of it with just a paper towel. At that point, I ended up asking to borrow a scrubber so I could finish the job myself. The window tracks were another area of concern. When I asked about them, I was told the vacuum and her fingers could not reach into the grooves. In the end, I cleaned those areas myself as well. To be fair, the cleaner did ask if there was anything else that needed attention and offered to go over areas again. However, after already pointing out the same issues multiple times and checking the results each time, I had little confidence that a third attempt would produce a different outcome. We ultimately decided to leave it as-is and complete the remaining work ourselves. Additionally, before the scheduled four hour cleaning was over, the cleaner repeatedly asked if she could leave early because everything was supposedly finished. Given the areas that were left incomplete, I did not feel the work had been fully completed. Overall, while the company's customer service and scheduling process were great, I was very disappointed with the quality of the cleaning itself. For the amount I paid, I expected a more thorough and professional service. I don't know whether the cleaner was inexperienced or still in training, but based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. read more

Unfortunately our experience has not been good. Communication I believe is coordinated with a team outside of US. Although professional, the job at hand when the cleaners that showed up wasn't a match; the cleaners were frustrated and called off the job. After a few attempts due to lack of clarity in what needs to happen, cleaning started, plenty of areas (not spots) missed, and we agreed on paying less than quoted due to the result (I preferred them not coming back); I was also reminded that they are not making money from our job. Turned out our dishwasher panel below were stained. Follow ups for quote given and payment were diligent. I followed up with them with this particular issue 3 times, spoke to the team overseas, and each time I'm supposed to get a call back. I'm over it at this point. Very disappointing move-out cleaning experience with Clean Freaks. Several areas were clearly missed, including mold, water spots, the inside of the bathroom mirror cabinet, and dust in the floor corners. I was first asked to let the cleaner redo the missed spots, but she said the mold and water marks could not be removed. I ended up using my own product and was able to remove both in seconds, which was frustrating. When I pointed out other missed areas, the response was not very professional, so I called the manager and eventually canceled the service. The only positive part was the office staff and manager, who handled the cancellation professionally. Unfortunately, I would not use this service again. read more

Update to my original review: I was contacted by the business for the reclean, as I stated, but what I didn't state was that I was asked to remove or change my original four star review. I replied that four stars is not bad, but that I would not be changing my review, as it was not a five star clean. Thinking back on that experience, it makes me question the validity of really high reviews, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Also, my house did not remain clean like it does with another cleaner I use, so between those two factors, I would not hire this company again. I hired Clean Freaks for a deep clean of our 2 bedroom apartment. The initial work was done last Thursday. The cleaning team did a very good job on the blinds and bathroom but the floors were still dirty and the oven wasn't properly cleaned. I took photos of the completed work and sent them to Clean Freaks. Without hesitation, they apologized for the subpar job and when seeing the photos recognized this was well below their standards. They scheduled a Re clean to make things "Perfect" Tuesday we got exactly what we hoped for. Theresa, who they said was one of their best, came and made our oven look brand new ! I hired clean freaks to clean my townhouse. Mistakes happen but what really matters is how a company response and clean freaks definitely made it right. I appreciate their commitment to a good customer service and would give them another try based on how well they handled things. My first experience wasn't great.
