A couple of weeks ago we hired Clean Green 360 to clean our house. We have two indoor dogs and I am a cancer survivor, so I was originally drawn to the company because of their commitment to avoid the use of chemicals. We could not have been more pleased with the process. From start-to-finish all of our expectations were exceeded. I was given a checklist to review all areas they cleaned and services provided; it's an excellent tool since I was not present for the cleaning itself. It also gave me the opportunity to provide feedback to create my perfect plan for regularly scheduled service. When I saw my house, I was in awe! I have a ceramic farmer's sink (original to my 1905 house) that had stains that I have never been able to remove... they made it bright and beautiful again. They also eliminated the discoloration on my bathtub faucet that I thought was permanent. While they do offer a full guarantee, I cannot imagine how anything could have been done better. I rented an apt in mid city for years and moved to Portland Oregon on very short notice. Desperate to get my apartment in tip top shape I relied on a friend of a friend who I had heard great things about. Lauren from clean green 360 and her team cleaned my home from top to bottom, and it was amazing. I was particularly interested in this company because a relative was moving into my old place with a three month old child and small dog. Knowing that the chemicals and products are entirely environmentally conscious kept us all at peace, and I could tell a huge difference the last week of my stay. I am moving into a new rental house and the previous tenant along with the property management company left the unit filthy. Completely disgusting and unlivable. Clean Green came in and with all eco friendly products worked extremely hard and brought the unit up to an exceptional level of cleanliness. The work they did over the course of a few hours would have taken me weeks. The team of two ladies showed up at the house with all the equipment and products they needed. Recently I moved in to an apartment that had three men living in it for three years. Three bachelors + three years = three years of man dirt. When I moved in I got Clean Green 360 to come in and clean up the mess that no amount of scrubbing would clean. Incredible! We hired a cleaner previous to Clean Green and they did a mediocre job. Unmotivated, lazy and missed a lot. Then, after careful research, we hired Clean Green and were AMAZED at the results. They steamed the wall next to our stove to remove the grease splatter. They cleaned our oven to the point it looks brand new. They got in the nooks behind our toilets, desks and bed to really clean everything. We had Clean Green come a bit before Mardi Gras to do the initial cleaning (deep), then have had them about every two weeks thereafter. Nice cleaners, very punctual and a high standard for clean. Clean Green 360 provides a top notch cleaning service for quite a reasonable price. I've used another cleaning company in the past and they were incomparable to Clean Green 360. I was very impressed! Lauren was able to squeeze me in on very short notice for a deep cleaning of my home and we were blown away with what a great job they did. Her crew is extremely thorough, there was not a spot missed. My boyfriend was even taken by surprise when he saw one of the cleaners get on top of the fridge and clean behind it. I don't use animal-tested or chemical products, so to discover that Lauren shares that commitment was a great relief to me. On top of that, I have found that her employees are some of the hardest workers anywhere. We have lived in an old New Orleans house for 20 years. I have used this company a couple of times and they have exceeded my expectations each time. The first was when I was moving out of my apartment from a management company that is known for keeping deposits. However, once they were done cleaning the place was so clean, they refunded my full deposit. Not one cent was kept! Recently they cleaned my home upon moving in.
