It is clear a vacuum was not used in my home. Further, she didn't clean the glass shower door, left wet laundry in the laundry machine, and didn't touch the second bathroom. Update-she is now posting fake reviews to boost her Yelp rating. I have reported her to Yelp. 2nd update-SHE DID NOT offer to come re-vacuum my home, instead she screamed at me over the phone, and claimed she was going to send "pictures of the dog hair that was in her vacuum." While I'm comfortable cleaning a lot of things, this was just not one of those instances, so I did some online research and looked for a cleaning company to help with this problem. Although Casa Lustro didn't have a lot of reviews at the time of booking, I was really impressed by how quickly and professionally they responded back to my inquiry for a deep cleaning. Patricia was incredibly understanding of the situation and did her best to accommodate to my schedule, so I ended up booking with them and goodness, I cannot express how glad I was that I did. Patricia personally came out to my house to help clean and did an incredibly thorough job in doing so. She took her time and went room by room, making sure every surface and wall was cleaned of termite wings + frass. I've never had such a thorough cleaning in my life and I was just so impressed at how clean my place was by the end of it. She also charged me an incredibly fair rate for the amount of work that she did, so much so that I felt like I was underpaying her. 10/10 would absolutely rebook with them again and I definitely plan on doing so in the future!

I have been the presence of this young lady and I was under the impression she was very…read moreprofessional and more than capable of doing business in the way I am accustom to. I had the water cut off because of if I did not it would be a week later, my mistake so I went a purchased 6 gals of water and asked if more was needed. The electricity was still on but she nor the one other person with her vaccumed the stairs nor cleaned or mopped the lower bathroom. Now she cleaned the kitchen fairly well and when I saw that I was fooled and pulled in but oh when I looked into the pantry never touched just as dirty as she found it. And as she was winding down to leave my son went in to check his room and he said both was done, now mind you it was dirty but she explained that he was still in there and she had moved on downstairs. My son had been out in his car for pretty close to a n hour when she finished the kitchen and living room , she still found no need to inform anyone of the foolishness that she was not returning. She cleaned the refrigerator and all the food was placed in a bag and say outside of the door and left with no word again. There is much more but I am tired of it all but needless to say I had call and get another company to come out and properly clean which meant I incurred addition cost. She has called and informed me I am late and have been charged a late fee because I did not pay the invoice..... IMAGE THAT!!!!! well lets see how this goes since I have pictures..
