First off, they tell you one price over the phone then change price when they get here. Tried sending them pictures but Matt said he didn't want them. The other kid doubled the price when he arrived. Said no. Thought I would give them another chance with less work. It's half the amount of the first pile and the still wanted more than half the other cost. Whatever do it. Even said use my stuff. How nice. They finished half the job and said they didn't have time to finish and that it's too hard to lift up sod!! They said they'll lower it fifty dollars and that pissed me off. Told him lower but he said it will cost 150.00 to dump it. I felt bad so I did 75 less instead of 100.00. Turns out he's a damn liar. I went to the dump today and got the pricing for dumping junk. It's only 42.00 to dump it. 68.00 a ton! Don't trust these kids. Never do business with a lying flake! read more

These guys where great really. I will use them again. It was easy. They where on time and strong enough to get the work done. It was a little on the high side if your not used to paying that much. But it's back a physical job totally worth it. Update#2nd job Could not get a clean price kept going up. I just wanted an honest price from the start. I didn't get one this time. I had used them before do and they had canceled on me something happened on their side. This time the price went up by 150. Update#3 Matt called me after I reached out to him. He explained what happened the miss communication. Unfortunately he was very angry and didn't need to be. I tried to calm him down. If he would have just explained it calmly, as I can see the misunderstanding on both sides. Also he used a lot of generalizations of people. It was the comments he made unrelated to this job that where disheartening. It's too bad I was hoping we could have worked it out and scheduled the next day. As I had told his colleague. Today I tried calling this business to receive a quote. The person who answered did not say hello, who was on the line, or state the name of the business. After a few seconds of silence the person said, "What the f*ck is the point of calling a number if you aren't going to say anything." I hung up. Typically businesses answer a phone with a hello and state the name of their business to ensure you've reached the right number. A customer doesn't know when you've picked up the phone if it's just silence on the other end. Next time, have some respect for the person trying to do business with you and say hello or really anything to suggest the customer has called the right place. read more

So you'll see that my reviews are usually only 1 or 5 stars, lol... but lemme tell ya, these guys are 5 stars all the way! I bought a condo a few months ago and have been slowly remodeling it along the way. I found these guys right after I purchased it and had ripped all the carpet out of my 2 bedroom 3rd story condo. Think piles of disgusting, dusty, smelly carpet with the padding and endless nail boards. These guys showed up with a smile on their faces (after waiting 15 minutes for my rude self that was late) and the entire mess was gone in minutes! No, I'm not exaggerating ....minutes! I couldn't believe it. I kind of half expected to help them since I'd never actually paid anyone to remove my stuff and didn't know how it works, but there were so fast I no joke didn't have a chance to lift one thing. Next call was when I ripped out all the tile and fiberglass in the bathrooms/kitchen. Same thing! Boom! Like magic little junk elves! Ever had to move destroyed fiberglass??? I have... it sucks! You get all itchy and scratched up. These guys did it with a smile on their faces and damn quick too. 3rd time I called them was actually on my moving day to throw out everything I didn't want. I lived in a tiny alley in Mission Beach so I waited outside for them to help guide their huge trailer around all the cars, dumpsters, bums, 21yo girls puking, USD frat boys on beach cruisers and other crazy obstacles. Ha! This guy whipped his truck and huge trailer through there like it was nothing and didn't even need any help. Was motivated by the idea that this company tries to recycle as much as possible. Had a bunch of junk, but also some items that just should not have ended up in a landfill. The guys showed up right on time (same day service). The two guys (Sean and Josh), were as strong as an ox and they got the job done very quickly---they even swept up the area where all the junk was piled up. Excellent service. I called some of the larger guys to remove some palm tree stumps and debris, along with some large broken pots, and the starting estimate was quite a bit higher than Clean Green. Add to the competitive pricing, the fact that Sam answered the phone right away, took down my information and booked an appointment for the next day (he could have come the same day but I wasn't available). He showed up on time, he and his partner got the stuff cleared out of my backyard within 10 minutes - including the time it took to sweep up the alley - and he was done. We originally bought Waste Management bagsters for all junk. We had to keep everything within the confines of the bag, be careful of weight limit, and the turnaround time for pickup was a two to three day window. My husband found these guys online and they were great. They have done two pickups for us already. They were more affordable than Waste Management pickup and they were able to pickup the next day right at the time they said they would be there. I found these guys doing a google search and I am very glad I did. I had at least a couple tons of concrete in my backyard and needed to get rid it. I called and they gave me estimate over the phone, they then came out to take a look and the estimate stayed the same. I had them take it away the same day. They were the least expensive company out of several that I contacted and they got it all moved within in hour. I was very pleased with their work, they left it clean and got all the scraps. They arrived a few minutes earlier than the time they gave me, but they called me first. These guys are totally worth it. Obviously you will end up paying extra to have someone do dirty work for you so be expected to shell out at least 150 to $200. I hate when people go on Yelp and complain about how expensive manual labor services like this are because, are you really going to do it yourself? I love services like this. You can outsource work that technically you could do yourself but would cost you more time and heartache than just hiring a couple of guys who could use the money for their business. That's what the free open market is all about. Overall the service is good, the guys are cheerful and really its not that expensive given the fact that you get everything that you wanted cleared out in less than 20 minutes.
