The house was left very dirty and it took them 3 days working on it to get it clean. What all they did would have taken us a month at best! Their team was extremely helpful and meticulous with getting our house clean before our move in. I wish I had taken some before pictures because the difference was night and day! Worth EVERY penny! I called them to stop the process and the guy said that they already started cleaning them and didn't check to see if so. Was I the only one that had rugs in that week to be cleaned? How did he know that it was mine? Suspicious to me! But delivered my rugs back to me and doesn't look like no kind water/cleaners came anywhere near my rugs. Looked exactly the same the way they left my home. And wanted to charge me $644.48 and holding my rugs hostage for ransom now.
