I have a toddler and 6 year old here that's messy and even made the job more challenging. She also gave good advice on maintaining how everything looks. She went above and beyond anything I would expect of a cleaning service. They quickly responded and moved our appointment to July 4th - a holiday! Because they rescheduled and worked the holiday meant we could move in the same day. She takes her time with me and is very understand. The whole office is extremely nice and personably. I have been going here for years. I believe they really care for my health and are thorough. The office is clean and quiet and relaxing. 90% of the time I am seen before or within just a few minutes of my appointment time. My husband also sees them on occasion when needed. And he is pleased with them as well. They are real good at making things as comfortable as possible. All the staff are great

Every single visit, I end up waiting anywhere from two to three hours before I'm seen by the doctor. While I understand that unexpected delays can happen occasionally, this has been the experience at every appointment. The staff is generally courteous, and the doctor may provide good care, but consistently waiting several hours for a scheduled appointment is unacceptable. Patients have jobs, families, and other responsibilities, and their time should be valued just as much as the provider's. Not to add the constant changes in staff. I hope the office takes steps to improve its scheduling and reduce these excessive wait times. Until then, anyone considering this practice should be prepared to spend a significant portion of their day waiting. It really is unacceptable.
