She quoted me $100 for two people and two hours of work. When she arrived still most friendly to view my condo and still eager her price went up to $150 after complimenting me on the good condition and décor of the condo. We set a day, which was today for the cleaning. I sent her an email two days prior as a reminder and to please let me know approximate time of day...NO RESPONSE...which I thought odd. By11:00 a.m today, No Norma, No Mexi-Maids. I called with a no answer, so I left a message for her to please let me know whether she was being true to the day she suggested. She never returned my call or came. I guess I'm writing this disappointed with no cleaning, but worse that she was SO unprofessional and worse that I'm extremely surprised at how I was duped and taken for a ride by Mexi-Maids, who obviously are not as they present themselves. I don't care how well they clean if this is even true. What matters most is having someone you can count and someone you can trust to at least keep their word. There is NO excuse for her behavior. I was more than friendly, willing to work with her time and now disenchanted that businesses like this operate. I recently dropped my work to part time and I am now only needing cleanings once every 6 months. When I called to reschedule I was told they doubled their price and questioned if I had "other professional cleanings elsewhere in between", when in fact I clean my own home on a regular basis--I just prefer deep cleanings professionally now and then. The person on the phone was short and cut me off a few times. I will never use this place again due to the poor customer service and feeling ripped off.
