I used Loving Care before moving into a new house. I was told that they do a ton of "move/in…read moremove/out" cleaning, and that the people she uses are really really good. On the day of the cleaning, I was speaking with the young woman who came to clean, and she admitted that it was her first day. Here are the things that were not cleaned: all window sills (had tons of junk on them) the entire refrigerator the entire stove all windows (which had tons of crap on them--it was hard to miss that they were dirty) the main drawer and under the vanity on our bathroom the living room floor still had tons of debris on it. the fans were not cleaned (they didn't bring any step-stools washer and dryer were not wiped down I told Laurie about the fact that the place was barely cleaned. If she would have apologized and said she'd take care of it, that would have been fine. But she ended up blaming me for not being clear on how to clean. Really? You guys are the expert and I shouldn't have to tell you much. Also, she refused to use my cleaning supplies, and the ones she used were toxic smelling. After she returned to fix the job, she still charged me for those additional hours. I thought she was going to fix what wasn't done right the first time. Paying $37.50 per hour is beyond a rip-off for the level of service I got. My total bill was $350. She ended up writing me a text that must have been 150 lines long...all the while blaming everything on things beyond her control, and on me.

Both owner and cleaner came beforehand for intro with no supplies. I immediately wrote owner an email when girl left and restated that if she offered someone experience as she previously agreed that I would give her another try. She responded with angry phone call a week later (today) after my Angie's List post. She claimed she was very busy keeping up and that she was not proficient in emailing and that she just saw mine today......She said I should have called and I reminded her that to which I reminded her that it's her business and in her interest to check on work done especially new jobs. She also told me that she had this girl for a long time and never had a problem. The girl informed me when she was at my home that she had only been working with this business for 2 months..
