They also would cause minor damage and not report it such as torn blinds or ripped rugs. We gave constant feedback and the very last time we had them over, were promised a $25 discount. When I returned home I found they didn't clean our upstairs at all. I quickly reached out and got no reason on why this happened and they took it upon themselves to come back on their schedule that wasn't a convenient time for me. Worse part - they didn't delay at all cashing that check. I paid them for services not received, so they helped themselves to a $40+ tip that was not deserved. We agreed on the price and they came in and cleaned our 2 carpets, moving some things I couldn't. The carpets look very nice again. I would have them back and recommend them. * - turns out this scheduler wasn't connected to their own so I had to reschedule over the phone. This could cause others to go to a competitor but I'm not sure who to blame - Yelp or Nelson, so leaving that point aside.
