They also have a car mat cleaning station if you wish to wash your car mats no extra charge. The owner is so nice ! The monthly plan is well worth the money! If you go twice a month. You got your money's worth. If you are out of town for a month and you know you won't be there , they will put your account on hold. At different times they hand out car air fresheners. I haven't been on the app lately but, they have a button you push and they offer different rewards. You can enter everyday if you like. Oh and the washes are terrific too. lol.

I asked the manager about having them actually getting the bug residue off the car and he said they can only do 'just so much' and don't promise to get bugs off. How ridiculous! I asked for a refund and he said absolutely not. They wash cars and say they detail, but they don't. Now I have to spend more $$$ to go to one of the new car wash places and have it cleaned again. I try to support local businesses and I keep getting burned. Why can't anyone do their job?!? Bad service, terrible quality of work and a bad attitude. Never again. Avoid at all cost.

It only seems to be a value if you do it weekly. I don't wash my car that frequently, so I just go as needed. You pull into the lane and up to the ATM looking machine to make your choice. They have several levels of washes. The most expensive is $27 (The Platinum), which I tried once and was nice, but they have about 4 or 5 different ones to choose from. Once you pick, you pay and then pull up to the entrance. You stay in your car. Once your car comes out, you can pull into one of the cleaning bays. Here there are white trash cans with clean microfiber cloths and black cans to put your dirty/wet ones in, once you're finished. The cleaning bays: 1) Vacuums on both sides 2) Pressurized air to clean crevices 3) Mat clip - so you can put your floor mats on this rack and blow them or vacuum them before putting them back in 4) 2 types of cleaners - one for glass and the other for your seats, etc. Plenty of room to open all your doors and finish cleaning your vehicle. Worth a visit.

I went to my neighborhood Mister Car Wash on Seven Mile Rd today, and discussed my concerns with the lone attendant, and I wish I had written his name down. He tried to explain the automatic shut off to me, and after I asked him, he brought it up & showed me the engine would turn off in 30 mins, or the engine shut off can be turned off, which I did. Ran my car through, and that attendant followed me in the tunnel until I was safe. What a great guy, and I owe you, young man. Will try to find out your name.
