I was so happy to finally find a bin cleaning service that offered a quarterly plan! Clean N Fresh Bins was so easy to work with. I scheduled our service on their website, entered my credit card info, and was all set. Their communication is absolutely top notch. I got texts confirming our enrollment, reminding us to set our cans out the night before, reminding us in the morning that they were coming, letting us know they were 15 minutes away, and letting us know when they were finished. If you have Friday or Saturday trash days, your cleanings are done on Mondays, so they reminder texts were super helpful. I never knew having clean, deodorized trash cans could make me so happy lol!! read more

I want to think $50 for 2 bins is overkill but considering I don't want to do it, it's fair. They're not good as new, but that's because the bins aren't new. They stayed in constant contact and when my mom didn't leave them at the curb (bc she left for a lunch date and left them by the garage), they accommodated us... which we greatly appreciated. Do it! My favorite part of their service is the communication. They text a reminder the day before, and the morning of. I'm the type that needs this!! The tech was very friendly and explained everything for the first service. The second service was easy-breezy after receiving the reminders. Wow, what a great experience. Clean N Fresh left my cans not only immaculate, but actually smelling good. I used one of their competitors, BubbleBinz, for years and they never left my cans as clean and as nice smelling as my first service did with Clean N Fresh. One thing that sold me is that they have quarterly service. Although my trash can was very dirty today (apologies to the gentleman who cleaned my can), as a rule it doesn't need to be cleaned that often. Quarterly is a great option to have. This company comes out when they say. Send out both text and email reminders. Both of my trash bins look brand new and smell really good. ( How weird is that to say?) Wish I had something positive to say about this service, especially since there seems to be so many satisfied customers. In late summer, I signed up for quarterly service. They gave me the Monday after Saturday trash pick-up, then couldn't come until Tuesday. This month, I received notice that my card was charged on Nov. 1st and my cleaning date was the 6th (today). I just checked, bins had not been done, so I called. Guy answered "Yeah?" and told me they didn't have anyone scheduled for today, despite what their website indicates. On top of this, our HOA is just nuts about trash bins being left out on non-trash pick-up days. Too much of a headache, I'm cancelling and hopefully my quarterly fee will be returned. I called around to several places to see if they could come out on a day that was not my trash day and was turned away until I found this place. Not only was the service fast, painless, and exactly what I needed, they are helping to keep my family happy and healthy. In my 30+ years in Vegas I have never encountered issues with bugs and trash and found maggots in my bins! The other places I called wouldn't come out for at least a week--what would I have done with bins full of maggots for a week in 100+ degree heat?! Seriously, this service was a life saver! As anyone who lives in a place with hot temperatures knows, after a while your trash bins begin to stink. I contacted Clean N Fresh Bins for an estimate. I received a quick response, as well as a reasonable price to wash out my trash/recycling bins. Believe me, they were not pretty (I should have taken a before and after. Unfortunately I did not think that far ahead). I can honestly say that my trash bins haven't looked this good since Republic dropped them off brand new 3 years ago. And they smelled fresh. I have myself signed up for once a month through the hot/roasting season of Summer, and I think that should do the trick. The service they provide is a tuff one but needed. If not once a month then seasonally. So nice to have them professionally cleaned and keeps the airboure germs at bay. Reasonable fee. I am amazed by all the 5-star reviews as it would appear the business owners would have accurate records and not withdraw money from my account and not provide the service, right?? I have several monitoring devices at my home, Ring doorbell and a security system in various areas around my home and the date this business claims they were at my home is false! In addition, they always notified me via text to advise when to leave the bins out. There is no communication with this business on the date they claim to have completed the service. In order to get a 5-star from me you at least need to be honest- not shady and desperate. I will be disputing these charges with my bank. They can then provide their 5-star proof and if they are deemed correct, then I stand corrected- just remember cameras don't lie! read more
