I had Treidgen Industries renovate my 400+ sf patio. The patio had a split personality. Half was…read morepainted concrete that was peeling away. The other half was epoxy with a colored flakes combination which could no longer be matched. So, I contacted Ben who offered options to beautify an ugly patio. We decided to go with stripping the painted section and grind out the existing epoxy section and re-epoxy the entire patio. It was a bigger job than I expected. Ben and his crew: Gabe, Julio, and Bryce work tirelessly for several days to complete the job and finished on schedule. We had excellent communication with the crew and the entire work area was cleaned up at the end of each day: windows, doors, screens, yard, etc! My wife and I are delighted with the results. They gave us a 2-4 PM arrival window and showed up toward the later end, which was totally fine. I wasn't home during the service, but my husband was, and the technician called when he arrived and explained everything clearly. They shampooed, agitated, and deodorized the carpets, and took extra care with the areas where our dog had accidents. I was especially impressed with how the stairs turned out--while they weren't heavily soiled, they tend to trap a lot of dog hair from daily use, and they came out looking really clean and refreshed.
