Today was the first time using J & J for window washing (all outdoor windows), and we are very happy with this company! I contacted them through Yelp's messaging, and Shawn got back to me right away. I was able to schedule a couple of months in advance after learning my lesson last year when I tried to have my windows cleaned in December. They told me that November and December are their busiest times of the year. I appreciated that they emailed me with a reminder a few days before they arrived. Scott and Mike were on time, and very pleasant. Their work went above and beyond our expectations! They were very thorough, and even managed to clean our large bathroom window that has 2 decent sized Japanese Blueberry bushes growing immediately in front for a privacy screen. They also cleaned off some sticky residue that was leftover from an old security sticker that my husband was going to tackle later on. All of the screens, tracks, and windows are spotless! Also, J & J's prices are very reasonable. We will be calling them back to have our driveway pavers power washed, and to have our solar panels cleaned.
