Customer service was a 10/10 and the ease of scheduling made everything seamless. I've lived in my townhouse for 5 years and haven't had the chance to get my windows cleaned. It's awkward because there's no side entry and you do have to enter the house to reach the back patio and windows. Today was the first time using J & J for window washing (all outdoor windows), and we are very happy with this company! I contacted them through Yelp's messaging, and Shawn got back to me right away. I was able to schedule a couple of months in advance after learning my lesson last year when I tried to have my windows cleaned in December. They told me that November and December are their busiest times of the year. I appreciated that they emailed me with a reminder a few days before they arrived. Scott and Mike were on time, and very pleasant. Their work went above and beyond our expectations! They were very thorough, and even managed to clean our large bathroom window that has 2 decent sized Japanese Blueberry bushes growing immediately in front for a privacy screen. They also cleaned off some sticky residue that was leftover from an old security sticker that my husband was going to tackle later on. All of the screens, tracks, and windows are spotless! Also, J & J's prices are very reasonable. We will be calling them back to have our driveway pavers power washed, and to have our solar panels cleaned. The ones they could clean looked great, and the team was professional and efficient. If you have a multi-story home, it's worth checking if they can access all areas before booking. Manny did a great job on our windows and solar screens. Pressure washing didn't achieve the result hoped for but we had heavy hard water staining so it's understandable and nothing to do with his work. What I really appreciated about this company and why I would recommend them and use again is because the owner called me quickly to apologize about an issue. It has been too long since I had the outside windows cleaned. I ask for quotes on Yelp and I chose J & J. This was based on their reviews. They were in the middle as far as pricing was concerned. When you look at some of the photos on their reviews, you can see they do a lot more difficult work than doing the outside windows of a single story home. The two men who, came yesterday did their work quickly and well! The outside tracks were cleaned as were the screens. The windows haven't looked this good for quite a while. When COVID-19 is behind us, I will have them do inside as well and have a complete job when I feel more comfortable with others in my house. In order to maintain distancing during COVID-19, you are emailed an invoice when they do the work and pay via credit card so there's contactless payment. Once again, Yelp comes through! read more

My experience today with J&J Window Wash was outstanding. Valentino and José arrived within the time frame I was given. They were well prepared and very pleasant and professional. I have Pella windows which are a real pain to clean as you have to take them apart and there are 4 surfaces to clean on each window. I showed Valentino how it worked as they had never cleaned Pella before. He caught on immediately and went to work To my amazement, they were finished in a little over an hour and a half and the windows sparkle. In the past it has taken a service 3 to 4 hours to do the job. I highly recommend this business- very courteous, and professional from the front office to the workers.
