Not sure if current owners are second or third management. The staff scheduled during visit is friendly. Washers seem recently updated as locks are newer. Coin changer is visible , laundry supplies are for ready purchase, service ( wash, dry , fold) is available, plenty of chairs and tables for folding are seen. Location is good, parking spot is easy to find, near commercial establishments. There is a snack and drinks vending machine that is new for me comparing to last visit.

I had to lug around 3 garbage bags of my clothes and walk in all of the piles of snow and ice we just got. Once I got here I asked if they accepted card and the woman working here said no no no and gestured for me to go away like I was bothering her. I had cash so I went to get a card for the machines and started to put my clothes in the drier. After I started the drier the same woman came up to me and said I'm not allowed back here because I wasn't supposed to just use the drier, I had to use the washing machines too. I had no idea and started apologizing saying "I'm so sorry I didn't know, my drier at just home broke--", and she was still very mad and just said okay don't come back here. I completely understand if a place has rules and I wasn't trying to blatantly go against them, I genuinely just had no idea. To immediately say, "don't come back here" is so beyond rude.

While I was waiting for my clothes to finish washing, the worker came over to me and handed me 50 cents for the dryer - the first 16 minutes of drying is free! What a fantastic gesture! They also offer the first cup of soap for free but I opted to use my own. At that day I must do laundry because that was my only day off for the week. So I googled laundry near me and I discovered one of the best laundry facilities that I have been to. The things that I like the most are The drier has a cool down option so when I picked up it was not too hot to handle. The waiting room is air condition and has charging port to charge your phone while waiting for laundry. Convenient location on Bell Blvd with parking near by with CVS and supermarket in the back on the laundromats so you can shop while waiting. Eventhought the price is higher than other laundromat I have been to but the convenience of open 24 hours including holiday, it is still an ideal and a win for me and also to who has to do laundry while everywhere is already close.
