I started as server at a really nice country club a month ago so I usually just need my nice coats dry cleaned once in awhile. But, as of recent I need my white dress shirts, black dress pants, and vest laundered and pressed. I also love to have my laundry wash dried and folded. This little establishment does everything! They're are a such sweet couple and have fantastic customer service!! They tried to find a button for my jacket, steamed my dress shirt one day for me in 10 minutes bc I don't like any wrinkles when I go to work:) I also have a very busy life and sometimes forget things, they remind me so kindly. They work so hard and take pride in their business, and have fantastic prices. They are clean and get all my food stains (from work like ketchup coffee etc.) out of my clothes. I recommended this place for all laundry drop off and dry cleaning needs. Thank you two so much!! (When I say all stains what I mean is: I try and get stains out at work when it happens, this couple does their best but don't expect a set in stain to come completely out and it look like a new article or clothing people! Came to this location to bring in my daughters dress in and the gentleman in front was kind, honest and very helpful. He told me that the dress I had was delicate and had beading that he didn't want to touch however he referred me to another place that is more familiar with these kinds of dresses and called ahead for me to assure they knew I was coming. Although I did not get any service done here I respect someone whom is honest and still pointed me in the right direction to get the dress cleaned. I listened to his referral and I am 100% satisfied! I've never used a drop off service before, but life was getting a little too busy for me to make time to do laundry. I went here because they had the best reviews, unfortunately, my clothes came back stained with black marks all over them. They still felt wet as well. A couple of items shrunk to the max. I had a midi dress that is now no longer considered a dress because it shrunk to the point of being a shirt . I definitely do not recommend. read more

I don't often drop my clothes off to be done as I'm very particular about how I like my family's clothes washed & folded, but between the holidays & having two babies I was feeling overwhelmed with how much laundry I had. Impressive did an absolutely incredible job!! My clothes were in great hands here- everything came back so clean, smelling fantastic, and perfectly folded with barely a wrinkle. This review is long overdue. I used their laundry drop off service and it was outstanding. I dropped off one load of laundry, a pair of white Jean's, and a king size comforter. They folded my laundry nice and neatly, didnt charge me extra for the one separate white piece of clothing (they pressed and hung it up), and the comforter was neatly folded as well. The clothes and comforter were extremely clean and smelled great! The owners are also super friendly! Going back today to have my fiance's dress pants dry cleaned and pressed.
