While I was waiting for my clothes to finish washing, the worker came over to me and handed me 50 cents for the dryer - the first 16 minutes of drying is free! What a fantastic gesture! They also offer the first cup of soap for free but I opted to use my own. One of my sweatshirts I've only worn THREE times came back with puckering all over it and an actual RIP in the fabric. That did not exist before I dropped it off. There is no excuse for that level of damage unless your clothes are being handled carelessly or aggressively. They also ignore basic instructions. I clearly requested items to be air-dried, and they still put them in the dryer, damaging them further. It's obvious everything is being thrown together in one machine with no separation or care. When I brought my clothes back for re-washing, it only got worse. And instead of taking accountability, I was blamed and given excuses. But what really crossed the line was the unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. During the dispute, the worker actually PUT HER HAND ON ME--like she was disciplining a child. Completely inappropriate. Do NOT touch customers. Ever. At that point, I knew this place had zero respect, zero professionalism, and zero standards.
