I won a free 3 hour house cleaning on FB. She came all the way to Shelter Cove for 3hrs and did a great job. She was able dust and clean my loft space with a half bath, a full bathroom,hallway space and windows in my living room. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND OWNER TO BE ON SITE ! Simply put ... all of this still missed after A CALL BACK ! Large cobwebs in closets missed. As well as ... Walls in laundry room left with laundry soap on them and the paint did not adhere. Mildew still on window after being called back to specifically clean it (photos sent to company prior). Entertainment Center not cleaned inside. Ceiling fan half cleaned. Tops of cabinets not cleaned in open beam home. read more

Crew did an OK job removing some of the clutter. Unfortunately they disposed of new, useful, and important items too. I am very unhappy about some personal items that are not replaceable. They also threw away good utilitarian items that I now have to pay to replace. I was unable to be there during clean out. The person who was there was only able to keep an eye of some of the workers. It was not possible to watch what everybody was doing. Crew did not do any cleaning. They only did disposal. I think if a customer is able to keep a close eye on the crew, they will do a good job and they are fast. But just remember to make sure they are only throwing away what you want to throw away. read more

We needed help cleaning out 2 garages and the Clean-Out Crew was excellent. They were fast, efficient and reasonable. They even offered to take another load for us because there was still time left on their basic fee. Breezy and Rainy, the two ladies, were very friendly and considerate. The lady @ Clean-Out Crew were @ first nice and friendly @ first but they are WAY over priced I needed an emergency house keeping because I had some family from out of town coming so I agreed to the 75$ an hour rate because I had figured it should only take them an hour tops especially with the two of them working as a "team" to clean my home When they arrived they asked me to sign a contract so I did... My mistake I didn't read it all the way threw.... about an hour into the two of them slowly very slowly cleaning I said I can do the rest of this myself i had explained this is taking way to long and I pay my regular house keeper $25 an hour and she is much faster and makes my house shine... Anyways Rainy had gotten a attitude with me "she said you signed the contract and in the contract you had signed says I have a 3 hour minimum" so pretty much I was forced to pay her and her sister $225 and the strangest part was that they were trying to leave after being there two hours...when I was told it was a 3min I feel scammed My house still needed to be swept and mopped I had to have them go over my bed room... again after they supposedly had cleaned it.... Then they even asked the nerve to ask if I had a broom??? TF I had to show them the dust bunnies that they missed when they had supposedly already cleaned swept and mopped the room ! I also had to show them how to wipe off my expensive wood dressers...I thought that was something house keepers should do automatically Rainy sister is sweet lady she held my baby in her arms While I directed her sister what to do It and while I moved my bedroom furniture around so it could get cleaned properly.....I should of been the one holding my child while her sister moved my bedroom furniture It was by far the worst house keeping experience I've ever had and the most expensive I will never have these ladies clean my home again I suggest you save your money and get a reasonable housekeeper $25-$35 someone that will get the job done just because someone charges more dose not men they do a better job a $30 an hour house keeper is just as good and probably even better so Don't get scammed into paying $75 and hour then be told you have to pay $75 an hour for each hour after you have signed the contract BEWARE OF THE OVERPRICED Clean-Out Crew The only thing they are good @ cleaning out is your wallet!
