It was a little pricey but it was really clean and had a good experience. All machines worked and had no issues.

New management sucks. No more free drying. They charge $0.39 for 32 minutes and they lowered the heating power of the machine. Normally 15 mins of drying on high gets my clothes all dried up. Now I gotta do the whole cycle and sometimes the clothes are some what wet. At this point, going to a regular laundromat sounds better and cheaper. read more

I actually go to this laundromat often because the location is convenient. I don't like to use my buildings washer and dryer because they are always being used or the machines are usually out of order. The reason I am giving this place 4 stars is because I went to do laundry this past week and literally almost had a heart attack when I saw a cockroach inside one of the washers. I always wear gloves and clean the folding table with my own Clorox wipes before using them but this grossed me out. I suggest everyone make sure they check the machines for cleanliness and smell the washers. I'm a bit OCD that way. If it smells bad I will go to another machine that smells good. I don't blame it so much on the employees but the actual people that wash there. Some people just toss an entire garbage bag in the washer without even checking what's inside with their clothes. I've also seen people put in shoes. Come on people! At least be considerate! read more

Love this laundromat because of the free drying. Apparently so does (not being racist here) some of the Indian women because they put TWO OUTFITS PER DRYER. The free drying is balanced out by the price of the washers. The laundromat next door are a lot cheaper (small load there is 1.25 vs 3.85). There's one attendant who's very sweet and helpful, the others are a bit rude. read more

Roaches !!!! I've seen them twice on different visits. Machines especially dryers need to be cleaned. A lot of 'black dried stuff' inside the dryers. One employee loves yelling at customers as if we were little children. Drop off service could be improved. I have ended up with other people's clothes in my wash making me wonder how many of my clothes ended up in others wash. read more

I am really annoyed at how the quality of this laundromat has declined. I came here tonight and the machine that takes credit cards have not working tried numerous times to add money even bought a new card and still wouldn't work. It seemed like a ploy to force customers to use cash. I find it poor customer service to have a machine that doesn't even read new cards at the machine without difficulty. The attendant finally got one of the cards to read but now I can't combine the amount to the new card I had to purchase and on top of that most of the machines had like a stale swimming pool odor to them and calcification on the handles. Just plain disgusting. This used to be my go to laundromat but it looks like it's time for a change. read more

I have to say I'm very disappointed with the service I've received the last 2 times I use this location. I'll start out by saying I've use this location for over 3 years. I'm not sure if there's been a change in management but something is definitely different. My first issue is about 2 weeks ago I dropped over my laundry when I went to pick it up my clothes were missing yes you guessed it they gave my clothes to someone else. I believe that everyone makes mistakes so I use the services again. Since I'm a nurse and due to the pandemic I've been working crazy hours and I don't have the time I usually do to actually do my own laundry so Drop service has been very helpful. Until now yesterday I picked up my laundry that I dropped off While unpacking I noticed all my black clothes including my scrubs has been bleached. I called bad was told by Jessica I need to email the manager Jackie for this to be resolved. Since then I wrote an email and attached the pictures of my uniform and all my damaged clothes. I've yet to receive a reply from anyone. I'm now in a rush trying to get new scrubs for work on Monday. Disappointed isn't the word for the way I feel about this location. I had a extremely bad experience ... the black girl who works in the night doesnt know how answer questions... shes mostly interested staying on her phone.... Nice laundry mat but extremely expensive! I'm giving this place 1 star and I'm being nice because if it was up to me the place would get ZERO stars. First of all the bathroom is extremely disgusting and there's never any soap t wash your hands. The key is attacked to a huge detergent bottle which is disgusting and is not hygienic. Lastly I would like to mention the staff there. There's a women who works during the week around 4pm and is not helpful at all! Instead she's on her phone and when I asked a question about the bathroom key she doesn't even look up from her phone just points. That's such bad customer service! No dryers available I ask the lady to take cloth out she became very rude told me when the other girl is done she will help me I feel she as a manager should help costumer instead of putting work for the other girl to do because she is leaving she did not want to help me. Shane works tirelessly overnight at producing a clean environment while Victoria always has our laundry returned to us smelling like roses. It's nice to know your unmentionables are in good hands. I love that it's open 24 hours and has free dry. It's $4.25 for a regular load but it equals out with the free dryers.

They have the best customer service, I go there to do my laundry once a week and Jessica is my favorite person. She was very sweet and took her time explaining how the machines work to me. read more

I have used Clean Rite's drop off service for approximately five times thus far and as such, gave them ample chances to mend their poor quality. The employees are unconcerned and lackadaisical but this isn't the main drawback of this place. The laundry itself comes back to you lackluster. It feels like the clothes were just folded and send back to you without actually having been washed. It does not feel nor smell clean. Even after purchasing from them and requesting that dryer sheets be used WITH the clothes on multiple occasions, they were just folded in with the clothes. Dryer sheets are meant to be used IN THE DRYER. Folding them in with the clothes is not what they are meant for nor does it serve a purpose except wasting your money by practically throwing the sheets away. I will definitely find somewhere else to take my laundry since the whole purpose of the drop off service would be to get CLEAN clothes back. Clean Rite does it WRONG. Do not use their drop off service if you would like to have clean clothes. You will end up sorely disappointed. read more
