After I was adamant that he could send me any relevant policy details and/or questions he had to my email, he stated 'Appreciate the waste of time, thanks ' and quoted $1500 for removal of mostly cardboard/plastic from a 1 car garage through yelp. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Edit: since the owner decided to respond, let's clarify. 1. In order to send you any message on Yelp to begin with I had to fill out a form with details of the request. It is not my fault you did not read this before emailing me. 2. The move-in in Richmond was logistically challenging for a variety of reasons, and I did my best to make it as easy as possible for the crew, but they stayed positive and polite throughout as they problem solved how to get the job done efficiently.
