After the fact, found out the price was actually $206.....I asked for an explanation from the main office and got a lame response of "did you tell the tech that you were using the special"? Anyway, no further response and even though the carpet is clean, the blatant overcharge and BS response to my question makes me a future non-customer and I urge you to do the same.

A FEW WEEKS LATER he showed up at my eight-six year old dad's place and told my dad that he couldn't uphold his commitment that day because he was overbooked. I talked with Steve about the stains and he said he would do what he could but there was no guarantee that the stains would come clean. He said he would also apply a special solution to help neutralize any odors (which he convinced me to buy a whole gallon of before he left.) When he left and the floor was dry, it really looked like nothing at all had been done and the odor still very much remained. I was disappointed but determined maybe there was no solution other than to replace the carpet. Fast-forward, my husband steam cleaned our carpets with a rug doctor we rented from the local hardware store and our carpet looks and smells fantastic again. The carpet I thought was going to have to be replaced no longer has any issue and at a fraction of the cost that we paid classic carpet cleaning. Not again.
