Over the years, they've kept our pool clean, clear, and ready to enjoy through teenage parties, pets, grandchildren, and seemingly every bit of dust, wind, leaves, and debris the Central Valley can throw into our backyard. And it hasn't just been routine pool service. Whenever I've needed help with a pump, lighting, waterfalls, or some other pool-related mystery, Cox Pools has always been there with a solution that was quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. I've even tried to rope someone in to settling an argument with my wife over the choice of patio furniture. Clearly, I've pushed my needs outside the scope of pool service. What I'm getting at is, what really sets Cox Pool Service apart is the people. From the person who handles our weekly service, to the technicians, the office staff, and even management, we've always been treated more like neighbors and friends than customers. I'll be honest... I get flyers, business cards, and offers from other pool companies, left on my doorstep all the time. I don't even consider them. When you've had a company take care of you and your family this reliably, answer the phone when you need help, solve problems without trying to empty your wallet, and consistently treat you like they genuinely value your business, why would you go anywhere else? I recommend Cox Pool Service wholeheartedly and enthusiastically. They've earned our trust year after year, and that means a lot more to me than somebody showing up with a cheaper introductory offer. If you want a pool company that feels less like a vendor and more like a trusted friend who happens to be really good at taking care of your pool, this is the team you want. Cox pool service has been our weekly cleaning service for 3 years. They have also done all the…read morerepairs on our pool equipment. They are reliable and honest. Most recently I called for a repair because my control panel made a loud pop and smoke came out of it when we tried to turn on the water feature. Gio came out to assess the damage and let me know a broken drip line had been spraying water on the control panel. He took pictures of the damage including a video of the drip line. He let me know it could be repaired the same day. I asked for the price and he got back to me within 5 minutes with a quote which I approved. In less than 30 minutes the melted switch was replaced. This was the second time Gio had come out to my house for a repair, the first time the issue was a tripped breaker which he took a video of to show me which switch to look for in the future. Very polite and nice guy. All of the people we've worked with at Cox have been great. I can't recommend them enough.
