I have them in once a year to revive my basement carpet. It keeps the space bright and fresh and has been well worth the investment.

We have been long time customers of The Clean Team... especially their upholstery cleaning. Because we were familiar with the company, we dropped off two small (5' x 8' and 6' x 9') lightweight Soumak rugs for cleaning. Neither were stained or very dirty. The price was high ($380) but we liked the company so we agreed, When we picked them up, they did not smell clean, and still had pet hair interwoven through the pile. So much hair that we vacuumed them when we got home and filled the Shark vacuum cup half full. After calling the company we were assured both rugs were cleaned. (Obviously not vacuumed though) Their indifferent reply was- 'if you're unhappy, bring them back and we can clean them again.' Not free, but they would clean them again. There are other rug cleaning companies that I know would value our being long time customers. Never again. read more

They dropped my "cleaned carpet" off in my yard unannounced. When I opened it it was wet with some tripe of chemical foam and a hole in it which wasn't there previously. So they vandalized and then dumped it. Great business they run there. read more

I had Matt come out and give me an estimate. Although it was very high I decided to have the work done anyway because the reviews were so good. The work was good (not excellent) and Matt didn't come out but send a new employee by himself. He was here for over 5 hours and charged $50.00 more than I was told. The total bill was over $750.00 for 4 rooms, 2 outside porches and 4 kitchen chairs. I wouldn't have this company again due to the very high price. They give money or free services to people who recommend them. I guess I had to pay for that too........someone has to pay so they raise their prices to cover this. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with the Clean Team. Hired them to clean my bedroom carpet which the technician said was "slightly soiled ". When he left my carpet was not even slightly cleaner and was left very, very wet. They did offer to clean again but at this point I lost confidence they would do any better job. It should have be done properly the first time. read more

The very friendly clean team members picked up my very dirty, stinky large area rugs up from my home and did a wonderful job cleaning the dog pee out of them. I've been meaning to write this review for a while now. Matt, one of the owners, came to my house for a consultating on couch cleaning because my cat urinated on it. Couch was only 4-months old and I was beside myself. I had tried every trick in the book, but no matter what I did, my couch still stunk. He walked me through what could and couldn't be done and was very honest and up front about the ability to be able to completely remove the smell. He did clean the couch and did special treatment on the cushions and accent pillows and coached me through what I could continue to do at home. Needless to say, I no longer smell the cat urine (although he did mention the smell could come back on hot / humid days...great!!). Not only was he a pleasure to chat with, I loved his upfront / honest opinion. I will absolutely use their service again....hopefully not because of cat urine on any of my furniture.
