Where should I start. Jason was very kind and flexible. I had contacted numerous carpet cleaners (only those with good reviews) and Jason had the best quote so we decided to move forward with him. Unfortunately for us, other things kept coming up with other contractors (hardwood, movers, paining etc) so we needed to push the date several times. Jason was extremely understanding and came to get the job done. He worked diligently and hard for hours on his own (6000 sqft home, some hardwood some carpet). After all of his hard work most of the stains were GONE (some from the previous owner). However following a few hours we were disappointed to find a few stains had reappeared.
