When the cleaner, Nellie arrived, she was multiple hours later from the scheduled start time. The house was left for the cleaning to be done and upon our return no cleaning was done and Nellie was gone. It was a 3 hour window. When we came into the house, we discovered my wife's wedding band was missing, at which point we called the police. Later on we noticed my future brother in laws AirPods were missing as well. This information was relayed to the police and the AirPods were tracked to Nellie's residence. The AirPods were found there. Denise claims that Nellie is an independent contractor and she has no responsibility for her actions. Ultimately it comes down to the caliber of talent hired that a company is judged on and THEFT is a low caliber. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO BE USED BY ANYONE FOR THE THEFT THAT OCCURRED.

Most beds were not made, dog hair everywhere, bathrooms not touched. We took photos and shared with Denise and she apologized and then had the nerve to ask if we would still pay her for the service!!! Later on I realized my airpods were missing. Using findmyiphone I was able to track them and found that they were STOLEN by the cleaner she had come to my house. We got the police involved and had her cleaner arrested.
