Bottom line: quick and convenient but no frills. It costs $12 for the convenience of a deluxe wash which includes an undercarriage wash. I drove as slow as I could and didn't run out of time for the spray. If you frequently get car washes, you sign pre-buy a card of 4 or more washes for a 25% discount but you can also get a 4 for $36 ticket at the car wash itself. They take credit cards and the self-service kiosk was straightforward. That's about it though. There isn't a staging area before you go in or after you leave. No trashcans, no vacuum, and no workers. I recently took my car to Clean2O on Geyser Rd just for a wash to remove pollen. I only wash and rinse this car. I never wax it there. I have this car hand waxed. After the wash, as I started to leave the bay, a brown substance splashed on my car. Fortunately, a Clean2O employee was there. He stated it looked rust dripped from the door. He told me to go thru again. He pushed buttons and I went thru again. Thinking all was well, I went home to discover, he had now sealed the brown spots with a coat of wax. I immediately went back, He was gone. I called the office, they told me someone would look at it. He met me, went thru the same procedure, wax and all, This did not remove the stains. Actually it got worse with white wax staining the trunk. The gentleman stated I now needed to use friction to clean it. I thanked him and asked to have his office call me.
