Ast. Manager asked if I wanted some oil changes. Of course I don't want oil changes I want you to fix what you damaged. I am a store manager for my customer service business for 22 years so I understand what I am talking about. Jim the store manager will dodge your calls all day just so he doesn't have to take ownership of the damage. After finally reaching Jim he looked at the damage and said he will call his repair man to fix the rims. That was over 30 days ago. The owner has already been made aware and doesn't respond either. So now since they are just going to blow us off even though we have emails stating that the damage will be fixed no one will reach out to us. Next step will be bringing this joke of a store manager and owner to small claims court which they will not be happy with. Thanks for the damage to my new rims. Explained my situation and was told it could be done right away. Got an estimate of over $700, and even though I knew that was a bit on the high side for the job, I agreed to have it done. Not even 2 hours later, I got a call from them, that the job was done. $60 for a gallon of coolant/antifreeze, and I had just paid $25 for a gallon of recommended coolant. Of which, one gallon in, one gallon out. that's when I figured it was more than likely the waterpump. And, for the sake of an hour and a half, I got charged $240 for labor. At just over 2 hours worth of labor, how much are they charging for it? Seems like $120-$150/hour. And for a job that barely took an hour and a half, Hmmm!! Anyway, happy that they got my vehicle in immediately, but not happy with their pricing. 20 years ago, I could have done this job myself for well less than 1/2 of that. But considering I'm now in my 60's, just don't have what it takes(tools, facility, or physical condition to do it anymore. Never again. Tired of being legally robbed.

We brought Herbie in, they took a look and advised that the key fobs are the issue and they most likely needed to be replaced. The manager was extremely professional and took care of us without charging us for their time. We were not expecting to not be charged because to me, time is money, and we were very appreciative for their help at the last minute on a Friday afternoon. Next 'replace brake fluid'; checked fluid in reservoir after 'service'; dirty fluid. I did well with tires plus in Florida; but these guys in Queensbury are into nickel and dimeing; if not bait and switching their customers. Prior, the same store; I asked for a transmission filter change. Quoted a price, and had the audacity to charge extra for new transmission fluid... I spent a lotta money with Firestone in the past and they were very honest people. These guys in Queensbury are to be avoided in my experienced opinion.
