Words can't describe how much I love Miguel Toledo owner of CleanArte and the work his team does. His professionalism and customer service is off the charts. If I could give him a 10 star rating I would but unfortunately I can only give him a five star rating. My house was SO CLEAN after the first time they came in that I signed up for the two week cleaning schedule. Now after they've cleaned my house for the second time, I have got to add honesty to that list. Last Christmas, after my husband of 35 years gave me a beautiful ruby and diamond ring, I put my 15 year anniversary ring that I was wearing in the ring box my new ring came in. All this time I thought I had put that ring box in our safe, but after Miguel and his team left, I was in for a big surprise. I walked into my bedroom and saw the box with my 15 year Anniversary ring sitting on my night stand just as pretty as you please. I didn't put the box in the safe like I thought; it had fallen behind my night stand. Words can't express how happy I was for them finding my ring. Absolutely Outstanding Post-Construction Cleaning! Clean Arte Maid Services is phenomenal -- truly wonderful local business. We hired them for a massive post-construction deep clean after remodeling two bathrooms (spanning the first and second floors) and repainting three bedrooms. The level of dust was unreal. It had settled into every nook and cranny -- and with two dogs in the house, we had honestly never done a deep clean like this before. Migel Toledo, the owner, is incredible. He is professional, personable, and extremely hands-on. He even came back for a full one-hour post-clean inspection to make sure everything met his standard -- and it showed. The 4 person cleaning crew was respectful, hardworking, and detailed from start to finish -- 9+ hours no shortcuts. Their attention to detail was unbelievable, and the house is literally sparkling. I have never paid anyone to clean my house before but now that I have another little one, I'd rather spend my time with family versus cleaning my huge home. I was referred to them by my neighbor. I contacted them to perform a simple cleaning of my home not a deep cleaning- just the areas I tend to neglect (dusting, windows, blinds, baseboards etc). Once they were finished, the results were remarkable and resembled a deep cleaning to me. Their attention to detail and thoroughness is what sold me on their company. I've already signed up for scheduled services. They cleaned the ceiling fans, light fixtures, moved my fridge and went behind there as well as provided customized cleaning solutions for my granite counters, back splash, stainless steel appliances, floors- everything I asked for and then some. The girl was on time and very friendly. She asked what rooms needed the most work. She went straight to work. She did the kitchen, 2 baths, 2 bedrooms and the living room.
