I had a wonderful experience with this cleaning service! The team was incredibly attentive, thorough, and worked diligently and efficiently throughout the entire home. I especially loved the little extra touches. They turned my kitchen towels into adorable bows and folded the paper towels and toilet paper into flowers. Those details made the whole experience feel extra special. There was even a room I specifically told them not to worry about because it was heavily cluttered and I planned to tackle it myself. Due to a bit of a language barrie they ended up cleaning it anyway. Honestly, it turned out to be a happy accident because they did a much better job than I would have done! The only hiccup was some confusion regarding the oven cleaning price. I received a few different quotes before it was clarified. It turns out I had originally been underquoted, but they honored the lower price that was given to me, which I greatly respected and appreciated. They were on time and on point. They had a great cleaning system, no cross-contamination. Even the bathroom will make you smile with a personal touch in organizing and decoration. They did not mind correction, and they followed directions. I would recommend Maggie and Jenny without any hesitation. 5-stars quality, value reasonable for a deep cleaning. I don't like the hidden fee; I was told $250 for deep cleaning. Make sure you inquire about the payment method. The 2 women who cleaned our home were exceptional in their work. The property was not presented properly prior to us moving in. These 2 women, deep cleaned the entire home and organized all the boxes we had yet to unpack. A very heavy smoker lived here and the entire house was covered in the sticky tar from smoking.
