Clean Choice just so happen to give me a call on a day I was not particularly happy with my current cleaning crew. Craig the saleman for Clean Choice came in gave a great presentation, was not afraid to answer my questions, nor take on the task of my Company's 2 story office building. I was then paired with our Account Manager Greg. It's been just over a year that we have used Clean Choice's services and truly can see the night and day difference of how we were being cleaned before vs this last year. The team takes care of any issues we have and communicates well with concerns/issues. I was floored with the "Deep Clean" service that we received. Let me start out by saying that I have no complaints about CleanChoice and am super surprised by the other reviews after the service I just received. I don't even often think to review places like this but I'm glad I did. I had my sofa and carpet in my master bedroom cleaned and deodorized. The technician was very polite and friendly. He explained everything that he would be doing and got down to work very quickly. The smelly dog odor in my carpet is gone-zo (YAY!!) and my couch looks like new again! I couldn't be happier. I called the phone number listed with the idea it was another company-"Above and Beyond" as recommended by YELPers. Then was told by a nice lady that Clean Choice merged with them. I went ahead and scheduled service as she said they would honor any price/service on the other company website. (What company keeps paying for a website when the company is gone???). Pros: Tech showed up early as arranged, surveyed the rooms, applied pre treatment lifter agent and spot treatment spray. Steamed/extracted all 3 rooms. Donned hospital booties and sprayed protectant in all 3 rooms. All in under 45 minutes. We turned on fans, heater, fireplace went to the movies and rooms were dry by the evening. Cons: Never vacuumed. Never offered to help move back furniture that I moved for him. At completion he had me pay with a credit card, sign the invoice and asked for my email stating it is company policy to NOT provide a copy of invoice or a receipt in home but it could be emailed later...WHAT??? It took 5 days and 3 phone calls to finally get an official receipt/invoice with a transaction # from the bank. Overall: We've only used that other "CHEM"-co. But because of new carpet in 1 room we had to professionally steam clean it yearly to validate the warranty. Wife and I were pleased with the overall cleanliness and speed. Our child's carpet looks good as new and still does over a week later. I did get a phone call a few days ago asking about our experience. I did ask about the vacuuming and she did say "no" that isn't part of the service offered. Odd as she said she would honor the price and services when I made the appt. The price was OK. approx. 750 sq. ft. for $123.00. I might call them again, it was just little things that bugged me. But I must reiterate, the carpets look great. read more

This company is great! I work for a property management company and have recently started using Clean Choice for our carpet and tile cleaning needs. We have used them on multiple jobs and have not been disappointed. They have prompt service, reasonable pricing and fantastic results. They were able to save some carpets when other carpet cleaners said they needed replacement. We have used many different carpet and tile cleaning companies and Clean Choice has by far given us the best experiences. I'm glad that I was able to find such a reliable company that I can trust. My husband and I are stationed in Colorado and trusted our management company and the people they contract to manage it and the maintenance. After my renters moved out Clean Choice was contracted out to do a visual inspection of the home. I took this as a visual move-out inspection and that they were going to document what was visually seen as damage to the home. My leave was granted and was able to come home for the holidays and went to see how the house looked. I was so surprised at the damage that was done and that Clean Choice had not "seen" or documented a lot of it. The did document a small quarter sized stucco hole, but for some reason did not seen the larger hole next to the front door. They did not see that latches were adhered to the stainless steel refrigerator or that all the shelves were broken and some of them glued into the wrong places. The kitchen counter was burnt and bubbled as well as the buttons on the range. The renters added a satellite dish and also cabled the front room of the house, to include drilling into stucco and drywall in and out of garage and in and out of the wall near the front door. There were small bolts holding cabling in place. The installed multiple components for an alarm system in the garage, laundry room and pantry causing tons of holes. We have three ceiling fans in the main living space. One was hanging lower and would not work. In fact, the bowl where the light was hanging off to the side. None of that was documented. For the rooms; none of the windows open and in fact some of them were about to fall out of the casing with the touch of one finger. This house was built in 2006 and we lived in it until joining the Army, kit is not an old home. Some of the blinds had dark grey paint splattered all over them. There was paint all over the carpets, vents and candle wax on walls and carpet as well. There were three door handles, where the locks had been gouged out. None of it was documented. Dog door that we installed into a wall was broken and the bottom of it completely gone and had kid's shoes stuck in it (we have no children). There were dozens of clips drilled into the walls in the closet, pantry and hall closet. None of this was documented. The backyard gate was hanging off, there was dog feces everywhere, missing screens and paint splattered over rocks and curbing. None of this was documented. Since this is a rental for now, there was a lock box on the home. I had gone in to do some work on the house one day. Clean Choice contracted out some guys to come out to repair a few things. They did an ok job (door casing was sticking out after repair), but left with the key that was in the lockbox. I contacted Clean Choice and never heard back from them about where my key was, who it was with and when it would be returned. I called numerous times over a 2-week period and no one could give me an answer. That same day a guy came out and I asked him what their protocols were as far as a visual inspection. I told him everything that was missed and he agreed that was in poor judgement and that HAL, the man who completed it, did not do it correctly. He rewrote a bid for damage, which I appreciated. I then come to find out that I was charged $45.00 twice for me requesting someone to go out and do a formal write up. I needed this formal write up, so I had proof of what I was charging my tenants for damage. Why the heck are they charging me because they did a poor job in the first place. If I had not been granted leave or had the money to travel home, I would have never seen all this damage to my house and would have been out $2447.60 in damages that was not documented. I would never recommend this company to anyone for any reason or services. I would also never recommend that management company because they use Clean Choice. I pay people so that I don't have to deal with this stuff, and I am still dealing with it after a month and in Colorado. They are overpriced for the services you get from them and their visual inspectors need retraining ASAP. read more

I hired CleanChoice to clean my home and carpets. However personal items were missing after their visit. Management was no help and provided zero support to resolve the issue or compensate me. I was visiting my daughter last week in AZ and decided to help her w/housecleaning, so I called CleanChoice to do all her 3 bedroom carpets. I'm sorry to say they left like bleach spots in about three out of the way places. I had vaccumed the carpets prior to them coming and there were no spots and the technician said there were no spots when he was cleaning it but somehow these spots mysteriously arrived after he finished!!!! Looks like bleach was spilled in different places as it took the color right out of carpet, that's how we noticed the spots. Nothing was done to the carpet prior as they say maybe it was a prev cleaning service, if that's the case then why did the spots just show up now and they also had the same system of cleaning, high powered steam clean. Of course, they have many reasons why it possibly happened but will not do anything about it. Now my daughter has to live with spots on her carpet due to a bad job or carelessness, all for me trying a new company and doing a good deed supposedly. I feel they should own up to their error and fix it as word of mouth like this is def. not good for a business. I would rate them due to this experience very very poor!!! Where I come from we are honest and do a good job if not we have to fix it to customers approval. I would suggest your company do this as well. Great rule to live by as word of mouth does travel.
