!Have you heard term it sticks in your graw ,well dealing with company did it! Should I say a pimple on my a**! For a year until now I couldn't dismiss this event! I now have to write this review!!!!! I called this company cleaned to perfection to set an appointment for an estimate! So I did .The owner came & stated that the area in my bay window should & must be cleaned! I caved & said to my self she seems to be a professional & take her. advice ! And with that she stated that the drapes in the bay window must also be cleaned & she had an attachment that would accommodate the drapes without pulling on them! So I agreed ! That being said I went against mybetter judgement & all I believe to be true with common sense! She wanted a credit card # b4 starting! I gave it to her! Her people came ,the 1st thing I stated was did you bring the attachment for cleaning the drapes? The girl said no & was not going to clean the draped or the bay window area! Huh! Add insult to injury & insult again just b4 the girl left,I stated the time spent for the cleaning & she said yes! As the credit card was charged the agreed on initially Ok??? But the next day was charged additional $10.00!!?? Call me a fool for dealing with this person She puts on a good show but Help me Lord! Never ever again! Previous ratings are far from accurate. Color fade damage to decorative towels with team members cleaner, scratches and furniture ding marks in bedroom that wasn't there before. Removal of finish to new bathroom drain in sink by team member. Charged $600+ for initial cleaning, and only cleaned visible surfaces. Last week didn't clean microwave oven, and drain board of dish drainer. Didn't ever vacuum under cushions on the or under banket cushions until l complained Never swifts under coaches either. Never mind even moving the coaches for cleaning. Owner never owned up to these complaints, never personally assessed them or even compensated by replacing or fixing the damage after sending her photos. She claims to be licensed and insured. Had a bunch of loose change consisting of quarters dimes and nickels in two large plastic containers in den to teach my learning disabled son how to count change. Most of the change is gone. Wish l had in home cameras to see what really happened to it. Choose another service.... Word of mouth is best....Pictures included. read more

Update: For some reason, I received an email from this company offering a sale on cleaning. I replied stating that they should remove me from their list since they simply decided not to show the one time I did hire them. The owner responded with an apology, stating that they had an emergency that day (which, if you read the above review, is not what they told me.) I reminded her of the excuse they gave day of, and told her to keep better track of their lies. Definitely would not trust this company. read more

Just be aware that this cleaning company is poorly run, dishonest and awful at customer communication. I hired Cleaned to Perfection in December 2017 to clean my house biweekly. I was ok with paying EXTRA for the initial cleaning for $280, expecting that my house would be immaculate when I came home from work. I was mistaken because there were so many areas of my home that were not cleaned. Sand and dirt was not cleaned from under throw carpets, vents were left dirty, refrigerator wasn't wiped down, molding wasn't wiped down, glass doors weren't cleaned, bags weren't replaced in trash cans AND the list goes on. I reached out to the owner with regard to my disappointment with the initial cleaning, especially since I willingly paid $280 for it. The owner was NO help at all. She basically, blamed the poor cleaning job on the fact that, "I wasn't home for the first cleaning". I sent her pictures of everything that was left and not cleaned. She didn't seem to care and wouldn't even send her cleaning team back to re-clean all that they had missed, so I ended up recleaning my home. She didn't offer to come and take a look at my home or to even offer to comp my next cleaning......NOTHING. She later offered me a $20 discount off my next cleaning!!! Really??? This kind of poor customer service continued for the next 2 cleanings, of which, of those cleanings, they were a NO SHOW! Bad business, poor management, scheduling and communication with her cleaning crews.....do yourself a favor and find another company if you're looking for a reliable and honest cleaning company. read more

These lovely ladies, under the watchful eye of Caren, did a great job cleaning my home recently. Everything was actually "cleaned to perfection". The owner, Elissa, came to assess the needs and give me an estimate prior to the work being done and returned on the day of the cleaning to handle some antique light fixtures herself and insure that everyone was on board with what was to be done. Although I have a regular cleaning person who I've used for years, I was in need of a "super clean" and would consider this a major spring cleaning. I would definitely use them again.
