I appreciate their hours and that their customer service is attentive and on point despite them being a small business in a smaller town. I was surprised and shocked when they told me my suits would be ready the next day. I dropped off ten suits over two days and planned to pick all up at the same time. I was disappointed when two days later the first set I had dropped off was not ready, yet the set I dropped off a day later was done. They have convenient hours so it was workable and not a huge deal, but I'd prefer they give me an accurate pick-up time for when items will be done rather than set an expectation of a turn around time that is fast, but can't be met.
