Several times I've loaded the machines with detergent just to find out they don't take the quarters. Same goes for the driers. Put one quarter in just to see if it'll produce heat. I've made this mistake once. I've been going there once a month for almost a year now and nothing seems to get fixed. The vending machine has been empty the whole time as well and should be removed. The cleanliness is as expected for a community laundry mat. Make sure you get there early to get working machines.

They used to put the cleaner comforter in a plastic zip bag which is great for storage. Today they were wrapped in thin plastic. In addition, we clearly specified that NO scented products were to be used. We got our clothes back reeking of some nauseating perfumed laundry product. All of our clothes will have to be rewashed. I don't know whether the stench will come out even then. My husband is severely disabled and uses crutches and a wheelchair. I am usually his sole caregiver and do the laundry myself. I broke my ankle 2 weeks ago and had surgery. I can barely stand up on crutches. I can not walk any distance at all. This facility is in Mesa AZ, not Charlotte.

The second load equally as bad. I am not sure if they are just folding the dirty clothes or washing them with water. They do not look or smell clean. I had to redo now two loads, defeating the purpose entirely. The cost was definitely not worth as I had to redo it twice. The costumer services was minimal almost inexistent. Please go local instead.
