Here's my story and how I came to know them as my angels... You know when you look both ways to cross the street, then get hit by an airplane? That's what my life was like when I made the decision to hire Nancy and her team. I was about to move into my new apartment in Grand Rapids and had all my ducks lined in a row. But alas,... life happened... I stopped by the new apartment one day before move in and it was not cleaned after a three year stay from previous tenants. I decided to clean it myself over night. Two hours in I dropped to my knees in tears because I was disgusted and exhausted and angry at how filthy it actually was. I couldn't do this alone. This apartment needed a deep clean and more than my two hands. The next day, I made arrangements to stay in a hotel and called Nancy. She graciously fit me into her schedule at the end of the week (HINT: you need to book her weeks in advance. Her compassion for people(me) and my situation took over and she moved her schedule around to fit me in. #angel) The day comes and she was also surprised at how bad this apartment was. It took her team of three a total of 4 hours to clean my average sized one bedroom apartment. That's 12 HOURS of cleaning!!! She even cut me a small discount despite her having to reschedule other clients and because she felt so bad about my situation. She said that that apartment was her DIRTIEST JOB EVER.
