Tom and his crew transformed our home yesterday! It was our first time "soft washing" our 2016 home and we were a bit nervous about "power washing" our vinyl siding as we had been told water could be forced behind the siding and cause damage. In response to our concern, Tom demonstrated the reduced pressure of the power sprayer he uses and his technique of spraying siding seams in the direction of the overlaps, thus minimizing water penetration. Tom's method involved washing with a detergent followed by thorough rinsing and dilution of the detergent so that no harm was done to our plantings. The results were spectacular ....especially in transforming our light colored trim and garage door!! And with regards to our windows, this was our second year with Dutch-Touch. Same amazing results using only super filtered clean water on the exterior glass and efficient spray-squeegee-wipe on the indoor glass + tracks. Amazing results. Again this year, Tom and his crew did a spectacular job on my windows! Inside and out, they got all my windows crystal clear, and my screens & sills totally clean and ready for the summer sun! On top of that, the evening after they left, was when we got hit with the straight line wind/rain storm that did so much damage around the Lakeshore here. We woke up the next morning with dirty windows yet again. I was so disappointed. But I remembered Tom telling me about his three day rain guarantee. Best window cleaning company I've ever used! This is a small, family business that values its customers and provides fantastic service at a reasonable price. The owner, Tom, responds quickly, he's easy to work with, and he's very professional. He and Austin showed up with a gift bag of Dutch cookies and a thank you note when they arrived at my front door. We then contacted them to schedule the window cleaning. They arrived with a very professional crew and worked around us during our business hours. We were very pleased with the results.
