Here is my email correspondence over a complaint about the operator taking the machine across the wet carpet and leaving dirty track marks. The unprofessional response tells the story: Hi, I had the carpets cleaned last week as I was vacating my rental property. The job was good except for a mistake made by your operator. It appears he wheeled the machine from the tiled kitchen area across the wet carpet in the dining room once he had finished. As you can see from the attached photos, the wheels left dirty track marks on the carpet. I need this rectified as soon as possible as I have vacated this rental property and the agent needs this fixed prior to new tenants moving in. RESPONSE Hi John, We do not place our machines on the carpet. This mark appears to be caused by a piece of furniture being dragged over the carpet while the carpet was still damp. It is not a fault of ours as we never allow the machines to be on the carpets and we especially wouldn't drag them across and damage the job that we have just completed. MY REPLY Thank you for your response. What you are suggesting is that I have gone back to the completely empty house, arranging for a piece of furniture to be delivered and then dragged it back out over the damp carpet. Yes you have caught me out. This is a scam I run every 10 to 15 years when I move out of a house. Come on now. I actually saw where the machine was positioned prior to the last part of the job being completed. And then I saw him wheel it out of my garage when I was next to my car at the front of the house. I had to open the house to let him in to do the job and then close it when he finished. The house was empty of any furnishings. Why don't you come to the house with the operator and get him to show you how he got the machine into the garage from the dining room. Your response to my request to have the job rectified is not satisfactory. I will take this further. HORRIBLE!!! Do not book anything with this company. I booked my pest control for my end of lease clean with this company and called a week and a half later to get a tax invoice - which my realestate needed to complete the inspection and return my bond. When I called the man on the phone said he would have it sent to me in around 3 days. I very politely insisted that it be sent sooner so he aggreed to send it the same day - but he didn't. I called again 3 days later to enquire why it had not been sent and he was very rude and told me he had no record of my booking let alone the job being carried out. I was very upset and gave him the payment receipt thay they had issued after I had paid by credit card - proving that I had paid for a service. I was concerned that the job had not been carried out (we were not living in the house at the time so could not check) so I told him that I may need to call my credit card company and cancel my payment... to this he became completely abusive and was screaming at me over the phone. He refused to tell me his name however he was a middle-eastern man and sounded to be around 30 or 40 years old. He was screaming "you mean nothing to me! you are one person not a company who cares what you think!" He was swearing and said that he doesn't have to listen to "some woman" and how dare I threaten him. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager and continued abusing me. I disconnected the call and I plan to cancel the payment with my credit card company. My advise to you is DO NOT engage with this company in any way. read more

Booked in a bond and carpet clean, went with my landlord to carry out bond inspection and was completely embarrassed to find the only thing done was the floors. I contacted the company to confirm the bond clean had actually taken place, they advised me yes. The fundamental basics were not even completed, things like wiping out bathroom draws and cupboards and window ledges. They not able to offer a refund or any type of compensation as it has now withheld my own bond and delayed the move in and out of tenants. The only thing they could offer was to go back and complete a job that should have been done to a standard in the first place. read more

Very poor service. After their cleaning my carpet was full of dark halos I know is cheap compared to others, but there is a reason for that. Furthermore I contacted them to ask if they could fix the problem and they never get back. NEVER AGAIN. read more

To be honest i wouldn't even rate this company a 1 star. Absolutely disgusted at how they left the carpets. The guy arrived very late, spent most of his time speaking on the phone before he started and answering phone calls throughout the whole time. He didn't used any solution on the stains??? used cold water??? and on top of that wanted payment before the job was even started!! I mean i never in my life paid for anything before they start?? this is just a tactic to cover there behinds so that in the end no matter if they do a good job or not than they get there money regardless. I also rang to complain about it as they say on there website "we guarantee 100% complete customer satisfaction??, no they don't. I have tried for over a week to get them to come out to redo them but its always more excuses and now they have the hide to tell me that the carpets regardless wouldn't of come up any different due to the state the carpets were in and that i asked for them to go ahead with it anyways?? how convenient to say that now?? I mean who would pay for something if you been told that the carpets won't be any different when they do the clean? I have tried to contact them over a week and they refuse to talk to you on the phone and not only that but you have to put with the manager speaking so rudely and aggressive. I don't know how this company stays in business? This service they say they provide with a backup of up to 5 days on there job is just a lie!! they have no intention of coming out and re do it. i mean in the end they rip you off take your money and than your left in this situation. This company has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. They booked the job on a Wednesday, so I took a day off work to be there to let them in. Then they got there, they 'cleaned' the carpet and asked for payment. When I asked whether they had done the pest control, the man said, "No he will be here in the next hour". 1.5 hours waiting later, I called to ask where they were and was told that they could no longer come that day and would come the following morning. They came late the next morning. Then when the real estate went to complete their exit report, they had to ask whether I had the carpets cleaned at all as they didn't look like they had. Then when I called to make a complaint, the 'manager' was extremely rude, aggressive and uncooperative! Then when I needed to hire another company, they refused to refund or compensate for their mistakes. $200 down the drain!! NOT HAPPY! Pay the extra and go else where! read more
