They drug mold from my master bathroom shower into the bathroom floor with their mop and into the guest bathroom and just left it there until I told them they had to clean that mold off the floor before they left. Please do yourself a favor and don't book this company. I deserve a full refund but was only offered for them to come back when they are clearly not capable of deep cleaning such a small space. I don't know how she did it, but she managed to remove all of Penelope's fur, and my floors were absolutely gleaming. Not only that, she had cleaned every single baseboard and my ceiling fans until they were unrecognizable. Brea left me with more than just a clean home. She left me with a fresh slate. It's much easier to maintain a clean home than it is to clean a messy one. I find myself fastidiously, wiping every surface the moment a crumb falls. I tell them to leave my furniture alone and not rearrange anything, but just clean. This last time on 08/31/13, they barely cleaned with 3 people and just made decorative folds with my towels and closed all the doors in my house creating extra work for me to put stuff back when I arrived home. My goal was to have the house dusted and they just barely dusted the fireplace mantle. I spent 3 hours that morning before they arrived clearing everything out and doing laundry so everything was open for a good scrubbing with no clutter in the way. Not to mention, they broke the soap dish that is part of the tile in the master bath which will probably cost me 3 times the amount I paid them to clean, to repair it. As I was coming home to review the work, they ran quickly to their white minivan and took off. They stuck the soap dish part underneath the toilet and did not bother telling me about the damages as I was paying them. Again, all doors in the house were closed. I called Loy Garcia back to inquire about the damages and he stated it "Just fell off". I am sure it would if you are 260 lbs. and leaning your body weight on it or stepping on it. If they are insured as their site states, than why did he not offer to repair the damages? I will never use them again or refer them to anyone else.
