The second time she was accompanied by a gentleman so it took them about an hour. I wasn't home but when I came back I saw one tub was not clean. There wasn't as much attention to detail as the first time. I reached out and let them know I didn't necessarily need it recleaned this go round but would appreciate a good clean the next time. The floors in several rooms were totally sticky and I could not bear to walk on them. Additionally, I ended up having to dust areas that had been so called 'dusted' but were obviously overlooked. I'm a detailed person, and this dusting was not obvious at first, but once I sat down, I could easily see that the items atop the bureau had never been moved in order to get to the full top of the bureau. I ended up redoing it, and also dusting precious items even atop it where dust was easily noticeable. I think the crew was going at such a quick pace that they were not tuned to these things. They were interested in getting the job done, but not thoroughly. I would not recommend them. Sad, because they did well the first time. It's hard to find a company to truly depend on for comprehensive skills.

I don't know how she did it, but she managed to remove all of Penelope's fur, and my floors were absolutely gleaming. The house was already generally clean, but it had been vacant, so there was typical dust in corners, behind toilets, and in window sills. I was quoted nearly $600 for what was described as an in-depth, all-day deep cleaning. On the day of the appointment, I made the mistake of giving them lockbox access because I was running behind. I arrived 40 minutes later to find a toddler inside my million-dollar home, throwing monster trucks onto custom cabinetry and bamboo floors. I was shocked. I don't have children, and the idea of a toddler being in my home--both for the safety of my property and the child--was completely unacceptable. The owner tried to smooth things over but offered no discount or acknowledgment of how inappropriate and unprofessional this was. They came back to "redo" the cleaning, and within just a few hours they claimed they were done. Dust behind the toilets was still there. They insisted I check everything on the spot, but anyone who has ever moved knows that you cannot catch every detail when you're juggling a dozen tasks--especially when you're paying professionals to handle it. When my partner arrived, she opened the microwave and oven. Both were still dirty, and with nothing more than a damp paper towel, everything wiped clean effortlessly. That alone told me the job had not been done properly the first--or second--time. I paid them just to be done with the situation, but looking back, I shouldn't have paid the owner anything. From what I understand, she charges an outrageous amount and only pays the cleaners around $100 each, which is incredibly unfair. On top of all that, I was informed that wiping the exterior windows was "extra," even at a $600 price tag. They ended up doing it, but at that point it was clear nothing was really included. In the end, I was left with stress, disappointment, and a home that was barely surface-cleaned, certainly not deep-cleaned. If you're thinking about hiring this service, be aware that you may experience unprofessional surprises--like toddlers on your property--and pay a premium for work that doesn't even meet basic expectations.
