I did call at 1:48pm to let the office know there was no one here yet, and I have an appointment at 4pm that I need to leave here at 3:45pm for. I was told they would be there in a few minutes, and with two maids they could clean quickly. Not happy... and will not use these people again. Unreliable! They arrived at 2:26 and were finished by 3:17pm. So not even here an hour... I do not let the house get that dirty.
