I then called Rene to discuss my concerns, to which she told me to scroll down to a post on her Facebook page from September 27 that indicated she was having surgery and would be out for 6 weeks. In all of our back and forth communication, she never mentioned she would not be the one coming to my house to clean. When I confronted her, she was extremely defensive and told me that most cleaning services in the industry worked that way. The only apology she gave me was that she was sorry I didn't understand how the industry works. There was no ownership or understanding of how the situation could have played out differently. She then proceeded to tell me she was going to tell her associate to leave and hung up on me. Guess there's a reason her reviews are hidden on her Facebook page...

Back in 2021 we moved my mom out of her house of 20 years, and and it was an absolute wreck when we were done. Before Celina and her crew cleaned my mom's house, the real estate agent appraised the house at $125k. After, it was $175k and we sold it for even higher. Celina was also the highlight of the experience, as she was the easiest and most reliable contractor we worked with on the project.
