Robert was very good about checking in prior to completion to make sure everything was fine prior to closing the job out with his staff. The areas cleaned were cleaned well and we were able to have the same person come in repeatedly without issue. There is an initial cleaning fee after which the cleans become a standard rate which is understandable. I would recommend being put on a consistent schedule and make sure you know exactly what services you need (I.e., microwave, fridge clean etc.). Try them, relax kick back and get some help. First of all, this business is super responsive- I contacted them around 12:15pm and the maid was at my place at 2:30pm sharp, as promised. The maid, Angie, was friendly and extremely quiet! I only heard her when the vacuum was working. I work from home and really appreciated that. Angie did everything as expected. She dusted, mopped, vacuumed, cleaned and washed the windows in the whole house. She even dusted some very cluttered shelves that I didn't expect her to get to. And she took out the trash! She was very professional and quick too - I tend to think that my house is kept pretty clean and there wasn't too much to do but I I am sure Angie disagreed with that haha. The owner (I think?), Robert, was also professional and easy to work with - he did the booking and took the payment. This business charges a fixed price based on the number of bedrooms and any additional services. Based on the hours that it took Angie to clean, I paid about $39/hour including the extra windows washing service. It is a bit pricey but the service was exceptional so it was worth it. Overall I am very satisfied and will use them again. Highly recommend this business and Angie in particular! read more

It's really easy to call in and get a quote/appointment, or you can go online to their website and check out their pricing and set something up through there. They make it very easy to book- even last minute appointments, and they're really accommodating! They go that extra mile to make sure each and every client is happy with their services. I like how mobile they are- cover a lot of areas, even some in Miami around me (with enough time in advance), and how they cater to cleaning up after pets which is something that I struggle with. Oh boy, where do I begin! Long story short, I had a move out clean scheduled, and the Team at Maids for a Cause ended up arriving BEFORE the movers (because the movers were late). So naturally, you can see how this created an issue. You can't clean a place with boxes and TV's everywhere. However, not only did they begin right away cleaning what they could, but they even spent over time assisting once the movers had finished. After reading many reviews here, I choose this one, they were right on time. 2 ladies arrived and they were GREAT took them 2 hours to clean my 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bathrooms 1400 sq ft . Am really anal and they did not disappoint me, They missed a couple of stops on the dusting end ( guess they were afraid to move some collectibles) but all is ok. Found this service via Yelp when looking for a high-rise condo to be cleaned for a tenant move-in. They were easy to work with and worked with scheduling to work for everybody. We opted for their move-in special service, which was a little pricey, but also effective. They did a 'spring cleaning' that included cleaning the fridge, the cabinets, etc and the rest of the 2-bedroom condo for about $210. The cleaners did a good job but I thought it was odd that the couple who did the cleaning had never met anyone from the cleaning company. Turns out they posted a Craigslist ad for my cleaning job the day before and subcontracted. Then insisted that I not pay the subcontracors but instead wait for the "supervisor" to show up to collect my money. If you use this company, ask if their employees will do your job or a subcontractor. read more
