Last month, they double charged me for my payment. Instead of fixing their mistake, today they threatened to cut off my service. Just yesterday, I went into a T‑Mobile store where I was told my balance was zero. Less than 24 hours later, they demanded another payment. This is unacceptable. After decades of loyalty, I should not be treated this way. The incompetence, the lack of accountability, and the stress they've caused me are beyond frustrating. I want it to be clear: I would never recommend T‑Mobile to anyone. Their billing practices are unreliable, their customer service is dismissive, and their actions have left me angry and upset. If you value honesty, consistency, and respect as a customer, look elsewhere. T‑Mobile has lost my trust completely.
