Me and my husband were trying to find a local shop to fix our Apple Watch series 6. It is relatively new version. First thing came to our mind was to call apple. They said we never purchased apple care and no warranty for a very minor crack on the screen. After hours of talking with apple I understood it isn't going anywhere, bottom of the line they wanted $350 for screen repair.As a next step we started to search local shops nearby in Roswell. After calling few on the list we lost our hope. As a last chance we called Phone clinic Roswell. Apparently there was a way to refurbish Oled screen of a little Apple Watch instead of changing costly screen with an aftermarket one. They fixed next day, it was not as fast as I imagined but nevertheless watch is back on my wrist. Also to mention there were some residues of silicone they used to heal screen. What a wonderful store. Brought my I-Phone in after getting off the phone with Apple. They wanted me to make an appointment to give them my phone with no definite day to get it back. Seriously? I needed my phone. So, went to Phone Repair. Within in a minute he told me I did not need a battery. as I thought He spent 20 minutes with me. Told me that my phone was fine. That I was draining it with programs that were still open. He then replaced the screen protector, cleaned the phone up and wouldn't take any payment for it. They sell Samsung and iPhones and do repairs across the board. I walked out of that store feeling good about buying my next phone --------- from them. Way to go, folks....... it is not in a busy shopping center. Parking was very easy. i went there yesterday when I broke my iphone 11 pro max screen. In fact I had apple care for it, unfortunately they are closed and not available for onsite repair. Called almost all repair shops and most of them offer Aftermarket quality screens. Although they offer warranty, from my research stand point their picture quality never right. Over the phone with the Phone Clinic they explained me that they have OEM screens. after repair True tone option worked properly and resolution of the screen was like day 1. The only thing I noticed they did not have enough cases for newer model phones. I would recommend them to get some. read more

On Monday 5-09-2022 I had to rush to the Phone Clinic in Roswell, while visiting my daughter in Roswell from Phoenix Arizona. I had severely cracked my iPhone the Thursday before and was out of a phone for days. The Techs were kind and assured me it was an easy fix, although I could not unlock the phone nor answer any calls since the damage occurred. Well, thirty (30) minutes later, all was well. I was so happy. I did not recognize the phone for it look brand new and worked like new. Price charged was surprisingly affordable with acceptable service provided. I read the message by Manager Ricardo.having Phd seems to be a great merit, hard to see a person with PhD runs a cell phone repair shop. Nevertheless they were super quick in responding my quote message. I am going there tomorrow to fix my laptop keyboard which 90% of other places rejected to do.
