It's like having constant reminders that your teeth will fall out someday every 6 months. We are very happy with Dr. Lau and the dental hygienist ladies. They are very easy to talk to and we always have different funny stories to share each time during dental cleaning. Over the years some small cavities but they have been dealt with very effectively and with no pain. It isn't the cheapest option for dentist but I am reluctant to change because of the level of service they provide. When I was there I saw a Mom with her baby in a carrier bring her older son who was severely autistic, the staff handled it so gently and with great understanding, they must be receiving special training or are just naturally awesome.

I am never afraid to come because the staff and dentists are so nice. Dr. Scheidaman and Dr. Kennedy are really nice and don't hurt at all when I come to see them. My mom likes that the staff are always friendly, we never have to wait to long to be seen and that the office is always clean and organized. The tv's are fun to watch and so is picking from the Treasure Chest after my appointments.

I visit his practice mostly for my dental hygiene appointments, which are completely taken care of by his hygienist Shams (sp?). Shams is by far the best dental hygienist I've ever met. She does such a good job with giving my teeth a full clean-up, making sure I feel comfortable each step of the way. She gives me advice on how to better care for my oral cavity based on her observations from the previous appointments. I walk in with bad stains (from coffee probably) and sensitive gums, and I walk out with beautifully cleaned teeth and better knowledge of what to work on at home, like which areas I should really spend more time brushing. I'd recommend anyone looking for a solid hygienist (and dentist) to book their next appointment here.

Over a course of four months, numerous email attempts, and providing snippets from policy, previous xrays and all kinds of possibly needed information. There has been dead silence in terms of email reply. Nothing whatsoever. My dad is not fluent in English thus timid to communicate. I would have just paid a visit and stand in front of the staff until a document is produced if not being remote. This really damages trust. They respond to any revenue generating activities such as booking appointments, other than that, they care nothing about how money comes from you and have no interest to assist.
